Always fresh lemonade and cookies/snacks for the afternoon. Always refreshing on 100 + degree days.

The pool was well maintained. There were also cookies and lemon water available at check-in.

We have stayed here before. Everything went fine with our stay EXCEPT housekeeping was knocking on doors at 7:00 am to see if they could clean rooms. They were so loud we could hear them coming down the hall. Not happy when you dont get into the hotel until 11:30pm.

The rooms were clean but a little dated. Microwave and refrigerator added after room design so were just randomly along the wall. Not a big fan of the sink outside the bathroom either. Bed was comfortable. Temp easy to control. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was the standard hotel buffet. Keeping it hot is the key and they did a good job. Would stay again.

Everything is profeshional

Wonderful staff in every area of the hotel. Check-in was quick. Attendant was friendly, professional, and courteous. Breakfast quality was high, many options to choose from. Everything was spotless, from the dinning area, to the entry, elevators, rooms, and parking lot. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was clean, towels replaced daily, and beds were made. The breakfast was always well stocked and the attendants made sure everything was hot and ready to go during the hours posted. The decor of the hotel was somewhat dated but the property is very well maintained. The location is convenient to downtown by car. The location was quiet and there was not any street traffic noise. Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Everything was fine

They gave us the option of staying because the elevator was out. Not repaired the whole 5 days. Clean room. Great laundry on second floor. Parking good.

The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in so far on our drive across the country. Soft sheets, nice big towels, we loved the large pool and area. The lemon water and cookies in the foyer were such a nice touch and the breakfast and large eating area were lovely. Great location too close to good restaurants and shops. I’d stay here again for sure.

Elevator was down the whole two nights we stayed. Also, lightbulbs were only half working in the bathroom

Disappointed that the elevator was not working. The room was surface clean, but not fully cleaned. Found used contact lenses on the floor next to the side table and bed.

The room was clean and well maintained

The hotel was convenient to our conference location and a restaurant was within walking distance. Thr room was nice and clean, however the walls seemed paper thin as you could hear everything. The elevator was broken at the time of our stay but there was staff willing to carry luggage up to our room if we needed. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was available to help keep costs down. Would stay again.
