Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City

The breakfast has a good variety of choices and the staff kept good stocked and the dining area clean.

No pets aloud. We look for hotels that don’t allow pets because they are clean. Pets destroy hotels. My refrigerator didn’t work and the electricity went out twice on the room. My refrigerator was replaced right away and the electricity was restored quickly.

Close to the hospital, quiet, larger room The bed seemed to be smaller than a queen.

Hotel was close to restaurants. Front desk friendly. Room was big and clean. Beds great. Kids upstairs running and jumping.,that's on the parents Housekeeping forgot to give us towels,but we ask ftontdesk and they gave us fresh onse. No problem.Breakfast could have had more hot options. Otherwise I was a great stay.

Location was great

It was a nice facility. We were on the third floor and the elevator was out of order. It was difficult walking up and down the stairs especially with baggies.

Elevator was out but staff did carry our heavy bag up to the 3rd floor.

Was on a road trip with a friend and every place else we stayed they were able to split the bill between our two credit cards. But here the staff was apparently unfamiliar with that process and told us that they did not do that. We spoke to another manager later who said that they would do it when we were ready to check out. But unfortunately that person was not yet in for the day when we left so my friend and I had to straighten out the bill on our own.

The pool, hot tub, gym, clean room. Elevator was malfunctioning! I was stuck with my 10 year son in the elevator for maybe 20 minutes. Elevator has no AC and we were about to pass out from the heat! Very Traumatic experience!

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options! Room was exceptional clean. The bed was not comfortable and the water pressure in the shower sucked.

everything was wonderful from the time we checked in til we left. Workers were exceptional

Staff was great. Cookies were a nice treat. Bathroom - very, very slow drain. No hooks or towel racks to hang towels from.

Great staff and good breakfast! Thin walls, could hear neighbors easily. Also could use better shower heads.

It was a great location for us. We were able to drive minimal time for all activities we wanted to do. Great breakfast with variety of choices including hot ones. When we entered the bathroom we notices a dirty towel in the bath, which made me question if it got cleaned before us. We got few towels for two days of stay.
