The room was roomy, the refrigerator was too nice, entrance area was neat. No elevator.

Room was filthy, half used roll of toilet paper, dirty towels, dirty sheets and a door that would shut fully. After asking for a a towel the staff informed me I’d have to wait an hour. This was after an hour and a half check in process. Made it an hour and half before leving

The inside of the hotel smells like cigarettes. However, it was nice enough for us to stay in for one night.

It’s okay for a place to sleep, room was pretty standard. Found 2 cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was clean. Towels had some stains. Staff was good. AC and parking available.

It was so awful I left. Drugs being sold on door steps. Very unsafe. I am awaiting a full refund!

Later that evening, when we returned to our room, we discovered that our hotel room door had been left open. Fortunately, nothing appeared to be missing, but there is no way to know whether someone entered the room or went through our personal belongings. During our first night, someone knocked on our door after 3:00 a.m. We were unable to determine who had gained access to the building. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. After reporting all of these issues to the hotel manager, we were moved to another room. I asked the manager what steps could be taken to ensure our safety and whether the hotel's surveillance cameras could be reviewed to identify who may have entered our room. The manager informed us that while the property has surveillance cameras, there were no cameras in the building where we had been assigned. As a result, our concerns about the security breach were not meaningfully addressed. Unfortunately, the replacement room presented another issue, as the air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Throughout the entire weekend, there were also individuals panhandling on the property

We stayed three nights and had to go to the desk about something every night. The first night we only had 1 wash cloth for two people and when we asked for another we where told they didn't have anymore and gave us hand towels and was promised that cleaning would drop the next day and refresh, but they did not. So back to the desk we went. The 3rd night our key cards stopped working and had to ask them to rekey them. This is an ok stay but nobody was helpful and the place is under renovations. But they are not finishing an area before they let you stay. Poorly run establishment. Much better places to stay!

Comfortable bed and super clean. Needs all doors and black painted furniture repainted, looks tacky. Our room had a full sized refrigerator.

You get what you pay for. There was not water running from the sink

There is.m in the lobby that offers to pay $5 for their reviews. This is the only thing that explains their Google ratings.

So basically this hotel is rapid cities go to for meth and fentanyl use. It was nothing but a trap house. It was so disgusting. There were stains all over the futon. If you wanna call it that there were crumbs and dirt all over it the trash cans were filthy. And I literally saw two drug deals go down. I would take this off of hotels.com. Because it is so disgusting. I am not want to complain but wow people need to be informed what they are checking into. It is a drug Haven.

I have a child with a wheel chair. They placed plus on the second floor. They do not have wheel chair access, but we could just carry it up the 9 steps if we wanted. We never checked in due to this. Hotels.com and the Suite Inn feel like this is acceptable.

No number on room door. No strike plates on door frame.

This stay was a pleasant surprise after long flights in. Staff were very kind and helpful, the room and building were clean. It was quiet and what's best is we slept good. We will be staying there again when we're up in Rapid City. Thanks staff.
