The employees were very helpful and great to be around-

The staff were rude. The room was filthy. It was horrendous. It was a nightmare.

Helpful employees clean rooms, making their website fully secure. The Suites Inn is the correct name while checking in online.

Security doors at night propped open People or homeless staying out side the door. Electric box’s hanging off the walls. Tube filler coming off Dirt everywhere Lights not working Short on towels I can not think of one thing good .

Terrible service

Trash everywhere Rooms no cups or to few towels Security doors blocked open Electric box’s hanging of the walls . Junk camper setting on blocks in the parking lot No parking for all the guest. Over all looked like a slum .

Parking was difficult, the hallways were filthy and the rooms were definitely outdated. Beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The ladies at the desk at check-in and checkout were friendly tho.

Parking was bad to start with. The room that was booked for deluxe and king size bed was not what I was given. Had to force door open after using the key card because as they said sticks, same with shutting it. Not to mention have multiple photos of damage to the room prior to me even trying to settle in.

The staff was friendly enough. The facility it definitely not what I expected but it was quiet and safe.

The staff was amazing!! Everything we were moved to 3 different rooms because our original room was taken. Then the second was 2nd twins then the 3rd was literally dirty like beds where not made dirty restroom it was a mess

Just need a lot of updated

The location was a bit inconvenient and parking was difficult. The checkin staff person was excellent.

At least the room was clean and ac worked fine. One last thing was not enough parking spaces.

no ice machine, weak internet, teenagers in the rooms making noise all night, coffee was putrid, not enough parking

No smoke detectors, no sprinkler system, booked a king bed got a full bed, cabinets look like they got them from clearance at Menards and never painted them, stains on the comforter, cigarette burns in the sheets, no screen on the window, water was pouring in the lobby from the ceiling, some guy that worked there decided at 1030pm at night to go and check every room for something and was slamming doors. When I asked for a new room they showed me an option that didn’t even have a real hotel lock on it just your standard door knob that anyone could get into. Our lock on our door was about to fall off also. Doors were paper thin. I have a newborn so this was absolutely disgusting. Oh and pictures are a joke they have no “dining area”. They stage a room and take pictures of that. This place is not worth saving money for at all. Honestly going to figure out how to report them for the unsafe conditions and I never received any compensation or nothing just a lot of attitude from the staff! joke of a place. Pretty sure people are living in it also.

Full sized fridge, large tv, incredible ac. The room is clean, comfortable, and the price was great. The area is a little rough but that’s not the hotels fault.

Nothing, rooms did look somewhat clean. There was no security! Room doors had been kicked in and never fixed properly. We took pictures, and then we checked back out. The key lock on the building did not work, so everyone just left the door mat up on the threshold, holding the door open. So anyone could just walk in. $50.00 deposit was required to check in. They gave it back 15 minutes later when we checked out. The room fees weren't returned. There were many people hanging out in the parking lot. Some people were just sitting in their car smoking dope. This is not the kind of hotel that I would expect from Booking.com. We noticed 2 cars in the parking lot without any plates.
