AC worked Staff was friendly TV wouldn’t let us watch anything Hallway and stairs were dirty for first couple days. Cookie lying on floor inside entrance door for days Coffee and Orange juice but no breakfast

It was standard, clean. Nothing special just a room.

They ended up not staying and would like to get a refund .. rooms are absolutely disgusting. Sorry I would take them off of your website if were you. Bedbugs, stains on the beds a/c broken it was nasty. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned, just gross!!!

This ws a nice place. I enjoyed my stay. I liked how McDonalds was across the street. The only downside was there was no pop machine for beverages. overall, i would stay again.

Don’t expect a clean room or quiet neighbours in the hallway. We found crumbs on the floor, on the bed, under the bed sheets, bed was half made, hair on the bathroom floor, 2 random plastic bags on the floor, and one of our rooms didn’t have a trash can. We complained because it was all rather gross. They called in the manager and she cleaned the room all over again. The outside was rather grungy looking but the large trash bin outside was overflowing and stank.

The room was roomy, the refrigerator was too nice, entrance area was neat. No elevator.

Room was filthy, half used roll of toilet paper, dirty towels, dirty sheets and a door that would shut fully. After asking for a a towel the staff informed me I’d have to wait an hour. This was after an hour and a half check in process. Made it an hour and half before leving

The inside of the hotel smells like cigarettes. However, it was nice enough for us to stay in for one night.

The weather

Poor neighborhood and door lock didn't work. Changed rooms tv and air didn't work

It’s okay for a place to sleep, room was pretty standard. Found 2 cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was clean. Towels had some stains. Staff was good. AC and parking available.

No deposit The A/C didnt work. Kids running around all night. Its in a bad part of town.

Big fridge

It was loud and always smelled like someone was cooking something in the rooms,mixed with the smell of Marijuana, the bathroom floor tiles moved under my feet and someone used liquid nails to caulk the sink very poorly.

Stay here at ur absolute last resort.

Nothing. I didn't like the fact there were bed bugs in my bed and when I reported it the front desk person didn't seem to care and even after I reported it to this website, no refund was issued.

Affordable. Friendly staff. Room was fine. Key card not working especially for the B Building we stayed in was a little inconvenient, but staff was friendly and able to quickly replace the card. Some construction going on in the B Building didn't look the best, but it was fine.

It was so awful I left. Drugs being sold on door steps. Very unsafe. I am awaiting a full refund!

Later that evening, when we returned to our room, we discovered that our hotel room door had been left open. Fortunately, nothing appeared to be missing, but there is no way to know whether someone entered the room or went through our personal belongings. During our first night, someone knocked on our door after 3:00 a.m. We were unable to determine who had gained access to the building. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. After reporting all of these issues to the hotel manager, we were moved to another room. I asked the manager what steps could be taken to ensure our safety and whether the hotel's surveillance cameras could be reviewed to identify who may have entered our room. The manager informed us that while the property has surveillance cameras, there were no cameras in the building where we had been assigned. As a result, our concerns about the security breach were not meaningfully addressed. Unfortunately, the replacement room presented another issue, as the air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Throughout the entire weekend, there were also individuals panhandling on the property
