Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. No fault of staff that toilet leaked in first room. Staff readily provided second room. Should have stayed in first room and put up with leaky toilet. No fault of staff that there were problems with second room. People in room next to us partyed loudly till 1230am...I personally asked the people to end the party and said I would ask for a different room next day so we could rest and they could party. The people ended their party. People in room overhead stomped heavily one night and the third night, it sounded like they were moving furniture at 11pm. We asked to be moved again to a quiet room. Management said no. All rooms were booked for Buffalo Days. Over 100 rooms and counted about 20 cars in parking lot during the 4 days we were there. At 8am I told management the cancelation policy on Booking.com said there would be a $79 cancelation charge if less than 24-hour notice, but motel could wave the fee. I asked management if they would wave the fee because we were going home a day early. Management said their policy was different from Booking.com... if we checked out before 11am, they would charge us for the room the 3rd night, but we wouldn't be allowed to stay in the room the 3rd night, and they would refund the 4th night. VERY DISAPPOINTED with cost. Thought I was paying $79 a night for 4 nights when I made reservations thru Booking.com. Also thought motel had whirlpool, but it didn't (maybe it was the Travelodge in the other side of town that had the whirlpool). Didn't know there were 2. Every person needs to read the agreement carefully. According to motel management, the agreement thru Booking.com for Wednesday only cost $79. Thursday went up to $99. Friday & Saturday was raised to $123 per night. They justified it by saying it was because of an event in town and all rings were booked. Taxes went up with each increase. Motel management said I was locked into these prices by Booking.com and they couldn't change them.

The staff were very curious and helpful when I needed assistance with my TV. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. I really wanted to give a positive review because it looks like it's a family- owned business, and they are trying to make a go at it, and I wish them well. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bathroom toilet was disgusting with hair, dirt and urine. The base boards and floor very dusty. The repairs that have obviously been done on the plumbing and shower were poorly done and the updates not consistent with the overall state of the room. Whoever is doing the work needs to be let go.

We had bed bug experience on our night. Staff was able to help switch us to different room. However, our experience was terrifying as were bitten already. Bugs were found on the headboards, sheets have some stains, and room has odour. The second room we slept did not have bugs but the fabric chair is dirty and has popcorn in the side. Bfast is ok. Staff was able to intervene our issue. parking is very accessible.

They do not even supply the clean towels, move the trash or any housekeeping. I mean NONE. Rude staffs and completely disregards your need. Stay away from this hotel if you do not want ant to go through nightmare.

Parking convenient in front of the room. Breakfast pretty good. Decent place.

The staff needs to speak English. They were very hard to understand.

Check In was fantastic....Rooms clean and well maintained.

Good breakfast spread for the price and acceptable rooms but the toilets kept overflowing and backing up into the room in one section of the hotel.

worn down hotel, breakfast is a joke, coffee was putrid, sheets were dingy, wifi non-existent, poor selection of TV programming,

Everything was great the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10.

Breakfast was ok Cleaner

Had to wait 10 minutes for an attendant to come to the front desk to check us in. Beds were MORE than comfortable. One good thing is the water pressure in the shower was pretty good.
