Lazy U Motel

We did not stay at this place and would not stay here. Upon arrival, the pictures in the booking app does not represent reality. It's unfortunate that even though we did not cancel, they are claiming we did and therefore we were charged.

Nothing.. this place is a scam Couldn’t even reach the business to check in. Everything was locked and boarded up. Place was filthy and horrible. Had to stay at a different hotel!

Didn't have a room available

Do not book this. No one is there to check you in. Booking.com this is a complete failure on your part that you even have this as an option. I have now tried to have booking.com refund me three times. I just waited on hold for 25 minutes only to have the call disconnected. This is not an option to stay in. Try calling. No one will answer. No one is there. Check out the photo of the "lobby". Phone number listed on the door goes to a voicemail that is full.

When we arrived for the check in was told it was canceled. Guy went inside and come back with a laptop for check in. Called owner as couldn’t hear and we stepped into the lobby well reason he came out with the laptop is it’s a pigsty. Doing mechanical work in the driveway, old mattresses outside. The pictures are definitely old pictures as it is run down and glad we didn’t have to stay as they were booked full. I’m a biker and have stayed in some questionable places but this was beyond and shouldnt be shut down

I booked for a room 3 months before our travel date, but when we arrived at 5pm, their office was closed. When I tried to twist the door knob, a dog barked from inside. I called the number posted on the door, and the person who answered the call said that my booking was cancelled and that they were overbooked for the night. Hotels.com should stop transacting with this motel. My booking was non refundable, but since I didn’t receive the service, I should get my money back. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Nothing. Every unit seems to be housing drug addicts and vagrants. Management is unreachable and blatantly lies to guests with reservations. All around horrible experience! When we arrived there was junk cars, tires , detritis everywhere. The office was closed and we could not contact the office by phone. Man there said manager was in a room. He knocked on the door and hollerd thru a open window, but nobody would respond. We could not stay there, so went to another motel.

Nothing tried to check in around 11pm and nobody was there to check me in paid for nothing Ripped me off

We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This hotel is not even worthy of 1 star. Please respond to me about this issues!

I didn't stay there that night, in the past years I had and it was clean and quiet. This time it looked like it had been rundown a lot,how ever I believe the manager is working hard to fix it back up and I really hope he can. The manager was very nice and looked like he was working hard the best part was that he didn't hold me to the deal and cheerfully refunded my money and we were able to find another room that night luckily

Total gut job going on . Nobody there to check us in and when we called the # on the office door they said they couldn't be back for an hour. They offered a refund which we never got. They said they did everything on there part to do it and no it was up to Expedia. They have done nothing and when I try to talk with them I get a stupid useless bot. I'm done with them and anything associated with them.

I was not able to check in in this hotel. I reached hotel around 915pm. Office was closed. There was number to call. I called them many times but call was going on voicemail. No one returned my call. I need my refund asap
