Quality Inn near Monument Health Rapid City Hospital

Clean rooms, close to hospital and has free breakfast everyday

Room and central area was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast bar was adequately stocked.

They have a smoking area outside and have a breakfast buffets in the mornings. The rooms are clean they could have better water pressure for showers so that could be updated. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. Definitely recommend this place.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok for hotel food! The only complaint I has was the elevator had a horrible smell to it 😢The staff was very polite and accommodating!

The front desk check in was perfect and pleasant. We got to the room and it smelled funny. Checked the beds and appeared to be bed bugs, the pillows were brown, lamp shades were brown. Not clean. While my husband was negotiating getting us moved to a new room saw reviews online that they had had bed bugs before. They moved us to a new room that was even dirtier. We asked for a refund and left.

We always check our room out prior to unloading and settling into a room. There was hair between the sheets, stains on the sheets and pillows, also the floor was dirty and behind and under the mattress was awful. The worst part and highly dreaded find was the clear sign of beg bug droppings on the physical mattress. We did not see any bugs but we also had not laid down or attracted them with our heat yet. I have seen bed bug infestations and this was just as similar. The guy at the front desk was able to handle the refund and made it easy to check out. We ended up paying twice as much as there was an event going on and most hotels were full. But I would not suggest staying here. The lobby was clean, the elevator was a little dirty but the room was not good at all!

Rooms were clean. Hallway and elevator not do clean. Outdoor area needs to be cleaned up also. The staff was very helpful and concerned they are the only reason we stayed there and didn’t move to another motel.

This Quality Inn was much better than the previous Quality Inn we stayed at. However, the pool was out of commission... something that would've been nice to enjoy after a long hot drive!

Checking in and out, outstanding. Breakfast, room, outstanding. One of the reasons for this hotel was its gym and pool. Gym was nothing compared to the photos and pool area,,,CLOSED. Spent 4 days there. No more.

The lobby , halls and room was very poor looking and terribly dirty. It looks like no one cares what travel guests care. The breakfast was fine, but the breakfast room was dirt y and the table where we sat still had food from other guests.

Decent hotel. Room had NO bed bugs and seemed renovated which good. I wish they had cleaned the room better. Not horrible, but not good enough either.

Huge room, comfy bed. Great in room amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hair all over the bathroom floor along with a left over dryer sheet! Gross and dirty bathroom.
