La persona que nos recibió en el turno de la noche no fue diligente con nosotros, el trato no fue agradable.

Verificar bien la limpieza

Unfortunately our bathroom was not the cleanest...towels were already dirty and clearly not fresh. The shower was dirty and has visible rust on the shampoo and conditioner. Fridge did not work well either. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel room was gross with mold and dead bug body parts. The bathroom had mold absolutely everywhere it could be. Absolutely not up to standards! The pool was closed which was a big negative since I have kids that planned on swimming. Disappointed.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially the manager Monique. We’d like to thank her for all the detail and dedication she has to keep us all happy. She’s very helpful and does everything with such care and overall amazing hospitality. Thank you for signing us up for rewards! We appreciate all your hard work! - The Moreno Family

Exceptional

Location is good. Hotel smelled like pool, mold in bathroom, conjoined doors in rooms, heard everything neighbors were saying.
