I liked the way it was like a studio apartment The staff entered many times without any sort of warning.

I will not stay there again Everything

The bed is good ,comfortable They are being remodeled, they have things in the rooms, they didn't even come one day to clean. when you book desia abode or something but it has another name.

No one was at the hotel to check me in i arrived at 11pm and all workers had gone Had to find a new hotel at 11 pm

The rate of the room There was no staff at the hotel to check us in and when we cakles the number on the door "In case of an emergency" the guy told us he would have to cancel our reservation because his staff had gone home. We stayed next door at the Travelodge which was 100% between in every way!

No person in front office. Had to wake up a person then get into room 49 min later No cool Under renovation

Didn’t even get to check in to this place They didn’t have any staff on site

They put us in a different room. We didn't get our room we booked for.

It was very nice They charged us for our service animal who is in training. They charged us $40 for a dog and on their website it says $20

The staff was amazing, had no complications and they accommodated a late check out for us.

The pool was green and they have cock roaches

Location and proximity to Mt Shasta Person in adjacent room was playing loud music at 11PM in the night. Very disturbing. Please enforce some restrictions on this

There were bugs in the bed - I was worried they were bed bugs - I let them know. They didn’t give me WIFI password - the door was hard to shut but I finally figured it out.

Enjoyed our stay

Pretty good location, not very noisy. Dirty floor, as if not washed for a long time. We had our own slippers, luckily.

Door peep was gone and paper towel stuffed in hole Door was really out of alignment and hard to shut

They were able to accommodate us on the ground floor and the AC worked since it was 108 degrees that day. I didn’t like the dirty tub, the roach, the poorly made beds, the bug bites I and my granddaughter got, the terrible pillows, the dirty carpet, someone’s milk left behind in the frig, dirty walks, etc…

The outside was nice looking. The room was very dated and in disrepair. The bathroom was not clean. Shower was moldy. The shampoo was half full, so it was used. The blow dryer was cut off the wall.

We were supposed to be there for 2 nights, the first night we were there, one of our employees got bit up a lot from bed bugs. He ended up sleeping in the truck because it was so bad. I feel we should be reimbursed for both nights we had reserved. I would not stay at this hotel.
