Value Inn & Suites

The motel room itself was clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioner worked well. The sheets and towels were clean. The room had a microwave and small fridge that were clean. There were a lot of people sitting outside their rooms smoking and just hanging about. It almost appeared as though people/families were living at the motel on a long term basis. The room was very spartan. It did not have a coffee maker, cups, ice bucket or the basics I've come to expect in all lodging facilities. There was not an open hotel lobby even during normal business hours, rather it had a walk up window where you rang a bell for service.

Really good location close to restaurants and good attractions of Redding. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and functional. Good balance quality/price We had noisy neighbors upstairs what ruined our peace and quiet. The smell of the room was not really nice.

Everything was good. Quiet, good TV, good shower, comfy bed Lighting was harsh

Had a complete kitchen and the pillows were a good thickness these two things alone made it a win in my book :) The lighting was a little bright with no lamps by the beds

Perfect location to relax.. They don't have a small complimentary breakfast anymore.. Stayed here in 2019, it was nice to have coffee or a banana.. This stay was good too..

Good price for a overnight stay Lengthy staying guests who allow their children to play in the parking lot unattended. Be careful

It was better than what I expected. I was looking for a decent inexpensive hotel for my Christmas visit and to my delight this hotel was better than what I had anticipated. It was exactly what I was looking for at this price. I would highly recommend anyone passing through town for the night stay here. There wasn't really anything wrong, there are plenty of things that could be "better" but for the price I paid I felt like the accomadations were excellent. I got what I paid for and I was quite happy about it!

Clean Rooms

Liked the cost which was under $100. It was clean, simple. Comfortable bed. Close to restaurants. It was perfect for one night on the road. . This would not be a place I would stay at for more than a night.

I already sent a review, there was noise coming from the air conditioner unit, but even when i shut it off at 2 am (when it woke me up), it still made noice, i didn't sleep and left the hotel at 5 am

The owners of the property were very kind and accommodating. It's an older property, which is to be expected of a budget hotel.

Clean Lighting

Great value... Good location. Mostly good !

The room felt clean and fresh. Oh, and the lights in the room were plentiful and bright! The room was quiet, and we did not hear the road at night. It might be my late-night perception, but I felt that each new guest got the next (adjacent) room to the earlier guest, while there was a lot of vacancy overall. Sometimes motels leave empty rooms between occupied rooms - and everyone gets a quiet room without other guests across the wall. Despite this, our room was quiet, so can't complain.
