The staff was amazing! Room, bathroom, cafeteria and pool were all clean. Convenient location for shopping. Beach was nearby (5 miles) but due to summer/holiday traffic...what was supposed to be a 15 minutes ride took about 45 mins- 1 hour depending on the day. This would have been a 5-star review if the water pressure was stronger. Coming back from the beach, the family needed to deep clean asap, so better water pressure would have been appreciated.

We brought our pup with us so we stayed in a pet friendly room. It was very clean!! Easy access to the outside...although I'd say one drawback was that there wasnt really much of an area to "walk" your dog so if that's what your dog needs this might not be the hotel for you. Great location, easy to find, and not too far from the beaches. We didnt use the pool at all because there were always a bunch of people in it, but it looked nice with plenty of chair area and kid-friendly. Overall a great stay!

A third of our showers had some warmth. Otherwise, cold showers. The front desk lady spoke to me like a child and was condescending when I reported the lack of hot water. It at all someone who should be working in hospitality. The breakfast space is very crowded but the wait staff keep it clean and are extremely helpful.

Front desk night staff was nice due to the unexpected power outage we had to endure. Bad communication with customers when power went out. Unable to check into room until 9:30 pm.

The staff was so friendly and promptly took care of our needs. The cleaning was terribly poor; the mirrors and the shower weren't cleaned. The cleaning was disappointing.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the location was good. The bathroom shower fixtures were placed oddly.

They last minute took us after the other hotel we were going to stay in was a catastrophe. Super nice staff and gave us a break on the animal fee per night due to the situation.

The morning breakfast was fantastic. Pool was great for adults and kids That we didn't stay longer for our visit. Will definitely stay longer next time!

If you dont have a dog dont get put in a dog friendly room.

Everything was very clean, and the rooms were incredible and spacious; the breakfast area was attended by a very kind lady who paid attention to every detail, and the pool area was great fun for the children.

But my favorite part was breakfast, The food was good and hot , my compliments go to the lady who monitors the area, she made me feel real welcome and all the staff keep the place super clean. It was a pleasure and planning on moving to this area and sure to come back and stay here again. No chairs in room 2 guests should have 2 seats . I’m 70 years old and sitting on the bed is bullshit.

Breakfast was great. Coffee was terrific. Pool was so nice and relaxing. All staff were friendly and eagar to help in anyway. Room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Definitely coming back in a few weeks!
