Hallways: a little dirty. Carpet had to be from the 1960s.

The room was cleanand had all the amenities I needed. I also love that this hotel is connected to El Dorado and Silver Legacy!! Makes it so convenient to get around and the choices to eat are endless!! We went for Hot August Nights and had a great time!!

There is no microwave and the fridge broke while i was there

We stayed in the north tower- room was clean and bed was comfortable. Access to the hot rod garage was great. The view from our room was awesome. Long way to go from front desk to the north tower.

Not enough variety or choices of restaurants. The fact that I had a complaint and it was impossible to get ithe complaint responded. Everyone kept putting me off or sending me to someone else who was unavailable or not in charge. Some frisk vlerk gave me a $100 food credit when I had damaged items a poor room and a bald experience.

From checkin to checkout…friendly helpful staff, comfortable well appointed room, secure floors, great selection of restaurants and helpful sundry shop, and appreciated the roundtrip shuttle service to airport. Will be back!

Location, price, was only $20 to get an early check-in The front desk person didn’t tell me what tower my room was located in, I had to ask where to go and he seemed annoyed I did.
