-
It was good and beautfull clean
-
Elevators and escalators were broken constantly and they were in no hurry to repair them.
-
It was at a good area. Suite room was nice
-
The choices of places to eat. I think it was a good idea to have three different Casinos connected for more choices. Room was small and view was not good. The sinks did not drain or drained very slow. Pictures on the internet did not match with the room we were given.
-
The bed and hotel room were clean and comfortable. Hot water was limited one of the days so had to take a warm shower. Ventilation in the bathroom didn’t seem to work so smoke from the casino seeped in constantly and I had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep it contained the best I could. Very strict about check in policy and had to wait until exact time to get room. Were charged a high “resort” fee for who knows what amenities.
-
The elevators suck. Had to wait 10-15 minutes a few times. Unacceptable
-
The bed sucked, lumpy and soft. Not enough pillows. The smoke alarm started beeping. Took two calls to the front desk in an hour to get maintenance to come to change out the battery. But the maintenance guy was very nice.
-
Everything was great and the staff were very polite and helpful
-
Cleaning service came in without knocking at 9:00 in the morning two times
-
Overall the hotel isn’t too bad; however, I would say it is very overpriced for how old it is and how run down Reno is. We stayed in a luxury room which was spacious and clean. Had issues with the shower not getting hot one day. The pool area looks much nicer online than in real life. Staff was friendly.
-
The hot tub wasn't usable and alot of the escalators and the elevator in parking garage had issues.
-
Room was nice for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful - especially check-in. Loved the online check out experience!
-
elevators are bad and the room needs some work tiles in shower are coming off and looks like black mold behind them

I had an attendant tell me during booking that was done through Expedia I had reserved 2 non smoking rooms and requested it to be next to each other because of health and mobility reasons and 2 child cribs . I have done this multiple times in the past with no issues or any extra charges. I had a Dennis check me inn and say I have smoking rooms , I had to show my reservation and then he said I would have to charged for children’s crib so he had to ask his supervisor. He had a horrible attitude towards me I hope it was not because of my race . But that tone ruined my entire experience. Also the showers were cold . I will never go to any Cesar hotels . Due to this experience. I should get a full refund for this unnecessary experience. I don’t recommend this to any person .

It was stinky and loud. Will not stay again.
