Rooms need major upgrades. Couldn't get hot water in the shower. Pool area was nicely maintained. The casino was well maintained, clean.

Absolutely loved this place.

We paid for internet, but it only worked in the casino, not in the room. And for the first time, my husband found the poker machines were tight, no payouts at all. We will try Vegas next time.

This was our third stay at the El Dorado in Reno. The place has a nice vibe to it! The kind we appreciate. not off-putting but comfortable friendly. We feel very good value for money.

Easy airport pickup and back. Some excellent restaurants. Room was great and staff kept clean!

I was charged a penalty fee for not being able to get there, after canceling on expedias web mailed to me.

Almost everything was in good. The housekeeper did a great job. Biggest thing was they was doing some renovations. The showerhead hit me at the base of my neck and I’m not that tall. I would really hate to be over 6 foot showers was way too short. that was my biggest problem very hard to wash my long hair without getting soap and everything in my face other than that everybody was kind and helpful.

Before we arrived we had and upgrade on the room and needless to our surprise the room didn't look like the picture at all. We called housekeep 5 times over a 8 hrs requesting 4 additional pillows and lonely received 2. We gave a $5.00.,

Thursday $100, At last minute I found I could stay longer. weekend price jumped to around $300 per night, UNEXEPTABLE!!! I MOVED!

Older rooms- dirty if you actually look. Dont expect anything great at this price. Nothing to eat if it’s late at night .
