Extended Stay America Suites Reno South Meadows

Location It was dirty and had bugs. We left without staying the night. We were told by the front desk we’d get a refund but that has still not been issued. They are not responding to booking to get that to us.

The floors looked like they were not cleaned

Comfortable room, however the bathroom door sqeeked horibly Not much of a breakfast. Noisy people coming and going. Loud music early in the morning.

Nothing There were pee/urine droplets on my toilet seat so that hasn’t been cleaned properly, and bed had black Hairs in it

Location Less noise It was An older hotel but clean and refurbished. Mattresses were alittle worn out

Had to check in after normal business hours, Joseph working the front desk was very kind and accommodating .. Alan working the desk in the morning was also very kind and helpful.

Bad

At least it was clean The staff. From checking in (slow) to a bad experience when returning to hotel from the days activities, we arrived to find we were locked out. We knocked same called for several minutes until someone in the staff decided to open up.

I used to live in Nevada. The location put me down the street where I used to live, which was a huge trip down memory lane. I'm also happy with the turnaround time for the booking - I was driving from Alaska to Arizona and booked on the night of my stay. The breakfast selection was a little slim.
