The room was very clean and comfortable.

My only complaint is I don’t like water softeners and it takes a long time to get all the soap off so my showers take longer.

Super helpful staff, especially when my kiddo wanted instant ramen for dinner. The indoor pool was a fun way to spend a couple of hours in the morning before we had to pick up a friend at the airport. Super convenient location - close to a Starbucks, grocery store, multiple restaurants, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

The breakfast was great. There wasn't enough table seating, but we didn't mind sitting at the bar area. I guess high attendance isn't a bad thing for you....the staff were attentive in getting more food out when things ran low. I know this is a big ask for you, but an on-site restaurant would have been nice. There were restaurants that were within walking distance, but they had gambling in them or were very specific, not offering multiple options.

The house keeping was pushy to get us to be out before checkout. We were finishing loading our car and it was still way before 11 and the housekeeper called the front desk to complain we weren’t out. My husband went to go get ice for our cups and came back to our keycards not working right after the housekeeper called up to complain. The breakfast was very disappointing this time. Normally it’s decent. This time the milk tasted like the carton sealant and cardboard. My kids wouldn’t touch it. Normally we love this hotel but it just wasn’t the best experience this time around.

This property is relatively new….and close to our ultimate destination (so it was the ideal place for us to stayed). There are a couple mini of marts and gas stations adjacent to the property and two large strip/ malls across the street. You can go get just about anything, without getting in your car. This place was on the 99% positive side of things. OK….the view from our room was meh! But, we were not there to look out the window.
