My only complaint is I don’t like water softeners and it takes a long time to get all the soap off so my showers take longer.

Super helpful staff, especially when my kiddo wanted instant ramen for dinner. The indoor pool was a fun way to spend a couple of hours in the morning before we had to pick up a friend at the airport. Super convenient location - close to a Starbucks, grocery store, multiple restaurants, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Good choice

The house keeping was pushy to get us to be out before checkout. We were finishing loading our car and it was still way before 11 and the housekeeper called the front desk to complain we weren’t out. My husband went to go get ice for our cups and came back to our keycards not working right after the housekeeper called up to complain. The breakfast was very disappointing this time. Normally it’s decent. This time the milk tasted like the carton sealant and cardboard. My kids wouldn’t touch it. Normally we love this hotel but it just wasn’t the best experience this time around.

The hotel is satisfactory, nothing special. Our suite was nice but they put this huge monstrosity of a desk in the middle of the room that really didn’t benefit us in anyway. The TV is off to the side which I assume is so you can see if from the couch if you’re in there. The toilet in our room didn’t flush but by the time I returned after leaving for a few hours I was able to flush it. The tub was a little dirty and the floor scuffs very easily if you get water on the floor and have black shoes on. The refrigerator is not a freezer as well and I found that out the hard way. My daughter loved going to the pool but it’s very hot in the pool room as there’s no ventilation and you’re in the desert. I don’t know why hotels with indoor pools don’t ventilate them especially on hot days. The breakfast was just ok. Some real waffles or an omelette station would be nice. Overall for 3 nights I thought $1400 was excessive.

Clean room, easy check in process, everything fairly modern. Our only complaint is breakfast. Not the best eggs and only “protein” option was a veggie sausage.

Not happy with the stay -- can't even get an extra blanket. Also the hotel didn't do a good job soundproofing. Noisy

We stayed two night and had a great time. We recommend this Casino and Hotel to anyone looking to relax and have a good time

It was nice to find a hotel that was helpful, clean, and good location.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, staff was friendly, and rooms were quiet and clean. No complaints. Would stay here again.
