I was looking for a hotel room with a separate bedroom to work part time in private. Sonesta had a few selections with a room and a kitchen which is want I wanted.
-
The room was clean and very quiet.

It was ok to stay at for the few days that we needed to. I wouldn't stay again. It was nice to have a kitchen. It was noisy and common area were not as clean. Staff was nice but took forever to get a hold of someone.

Coming in the room things were broken they werent aware of the sliding door the curtains pulled aka broken And a D grade okay job at cleaning etc The toilet was plugged & I had to go downstairs to get a pluggger and fix it by myself . Also they dont come to clean your room or give you new towels you have to go downstairs with your dirty towels to get new ones oh and worse part was the shower the shower head spray the body like a a hard hose , at this point it was unbearable to even shower because no matter what I did to fix it it didnt work. Sofa bed was horrible next morning woke up to my back in horrible pain. No sheets etc because that you have to request that ⁰

The staff was super helpful and pleasant. They could do a better job in the housekeeping area. The hallways needed to be vacuuming. Overall nice safe stay!

This is a clean, quiet and safe hotel. Breakfast was excellent. I'd stay here again. Issues to note; Pool was closed (Temps were almost 100 degrees) and the TV has odd basic cable. There were 4- CBS stations but no NBC or ABC and only Fox News for national news.

Loved the property

Cons: This place is very worn down and a bit dirty. The carpets are dingy and the floor and walls in the bathroom were dirty. It was appears to also be understaffed. I was there for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. I had to take my trash out myself. The hallway almost always had linens and bags of garbage on the ground against the walls. There were no healthy options at the breakfast, the fresh fruit consisted of rotten oranges and the “hot” water for oatmeal was lukewarm.

Rooms were spacious however our card never worked to enter the building we were staying in. We were told we needed to walk around to the other side of the building located inside the courtyard. The outside door was left propped open during the day. Pool was completely closed and TV in the room didn’t work, no maintenance person onsite when we reported it. Staff was nice and appreciated our ability to bring our dogs.

I understand that unexpected issues can happen at any hotel, and I’m generally a very reasonable person. However, the number of problems we encountered showed a serious lack of maintenance and management. Our room’s iron didn’t work, so I went to the front desk to request a replacement. After waiting more than an hour, I was finally given another iron, only to have it leak water all over my white shirt. Another family in our group couldn’t access the hotel from the parking lot because their key card wouldn’t open the exterior door. They had to walk all the way around the building every time they wanted to get back to their room. To make matters worse, the TV in their room didn’t work. When they reported it, they were simply told that no maintenance staff was on-site. A third family experienced a major water leak in their room, which made their stay even more frustrating. To top it off, when we booked our stay online, there was no indication that the pool was closed. This was one of the amenities our families were looking forward to, especially since we were traveling with children. One issue by itself wouldn’t have been a big deal, but when you combine broken equipment, malfunctioning room access, inoperable TVs, water leaks, unavailable maintenance, and a closed pool that wasn’t disclosed during booking, it paints a picture of a prop

dirty patio, the pool was close .the most descasting food. Was very inplacent be in there.
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful - both check-in and cleaning staff.
-
When we arrived at check-in time the room wasn’t ready. We waited an extra hour for our room and when we got it there was still trash and someone’s scrunchy with their hair still in it.
-
The pool isn’t working. Really too bad because if the hot summer weather. The television didn’t work in my room and another room, so they replaced one and fixed the other. Staff should communicate more; I was with a group and was mistakenly charged for 2 weeks on my visa.

Everything was great for our one night stay. Only bad thing pool was closed but for good reason. Being renovated. Overall good place.

Pool was closed to Algee. Breakfast was terrible eggs were gooey, potatoes were burnt. Are door look like it had been beaten in, it did not lock unless you slammed it. Spider webs and bugs on the lights in the hallway. Wifi was constantly going in and out t vs didn't work either, did the remotes.
-
Room not very clean, sticky kitchen floor with crumbs along the baseboards, worn stained carpet, overflowing trash bins in the hallway. Bed linens, bathroom and refrigerator were clean, room was large with nice layout and furniture. Location is good.

Disliked; no pool, extra parking fee. Overall a good value.
