Hilton Garden Inn Reno

Close to where I wanted to be. Friendly staff. Liked the daily text messages asking how was my stay going. Two queen sized bed in the room. One bed was quite lumpy. The jacuzzi/hot tub was roped off and empty. I was looking forward to using it after my half marathon.

The staff was top notch and genuine. The price point was nice and our room was clean. There was no bathtub and the coffee wasn't good.

We loved staying here! The front desk staff were very friendly. We extended our stay for a night and the staff was able to accommodate us to another room within a few hours. Check in and check out was easy. The room was super clean and well maintained!

The stay was a much needed relaxation after Rib Feast, thank you for the great accommodations. To the bartender, youre incredible at your job, dont change. :)

Bed Mattress was Very Hard for being a suite. Room was Very Nice.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I would stay again for sure. Did not pay for the breakfast, so I can’t comment. Coffee was ok, could be better.

Staff were very friendly. We were traveling with a moving van and had some concerns that there was not parking lot security but we did not have any problems. My main complaint was the price; I don't know if summer is always this expensive or if prices jumped due to the Hawk fire and more limited availability but this is not a $400 dollar a night hotel, also, we needed pet friendly but when checking in were charged an additional $75, wow, that was on top of the $400. Too expensive but we were desperate to find a place to stop for the night.

Great place for an overnight or longer. Staff is always pleasant, and efficient! Food is good, room was quiet and comfortable. Will for sure stay here again!

Service , and property clean. Great staff and location. Have been here twice already. Little higher price. And tried checking in on reservation 30 minutes early. But room wasn't ready. Requested King bed and had to settle on two queen.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff, and the hotel. It was very clean and the rooms were large. Quiet area away from the casinos and freeway convenience.
