The pool was terrible and unsafe

On a road trip. Room was comfortable and outstanding. We were traveling with bikes on a bike rack and I asked if there was a place we could store them on the first floor so we didn’t need to take extra trips up to our room. They found a secure spot for them for the night And it was very much appreciated

Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. All the staff were really nice and had great customer service that I don't mind the inconvenience of the spa and pool. They have a awesome team at that hotel.

Everything ! Especially it was nice and quiet I know it's different from Colorado in Wyoming. But I was supposed to get a free breakfast I thought. That's why i picked, but I only got $10 credit not a free breakfast like it advertised

We have no complaints; it was a very comfortable stay. I just hope there weren't any complaints from other guest as we had our pet who barked at every noise he heard. The area was convenient and very nice.

The breakfast on Sat. was nice but on Sunday lacked food and plates. Felt bad for the girl that was running it...she was overwhelmed but very nice.
