Great stay and friendly staff.

Hotel had a water main emergency and we were unable to stay there. I was not contacted prior to arrival and had one night at a hotel down the road while they attempted to resolve the water issue. Ended up cancelling the reservation on the second day as the issue persisted.

This property needs a renovation. It looks like it used to be nice, but it definitely needs a makeover.

Clean and quiet. The room was comfy and I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful in resolving wrong information on my receipt. After which I had trouble getting receipt for my stay, Thankfully misinformation corrected by staff as wrong address appeared on my emailed receipt.

The hotel was located near several stores for shopping and restaurants for dining. The hotel upon entry was very inviting. My room upon entry smelled a little musty, the waste paper basket under the desk still had trash in it, and the room was very warm the first night. I called the front desk about the temperature and someone from maintenance came and st the thermostat at 63 degrees and said it should stay there and the room would cool off. It never did. The next day we called again and maintenance returned to do something in the ceiling . He said the room was at 80 degrees but now should cool off. Eventually the room did cool off. I chose this hotel for location to my weekend event maybe another room would have been better.
