The breakfast was ok, not great, just ok. The sausage was below standard. I had to tell the person doing the breakfast that it starts at 6 am... he though it didn't start till 7 am. The first room I was assigned, the phone did not work. So I was assigned another room, that room the door did not lock... I could just push the door open. So I was assigned a third room that finally worked.

Staff was a little lazy at the desk. Took a while for her to come out. Bathroom is old.

It was eh, lady at front desk wasn’t very informative and the place wasn’t as clean as advertised.

Location Noise

Nice to have both an inside & outside pool to choose from. Unlike many of the "pet friendly" hotels that want to charge you an extra $50 a night, the pet fees were reasonable. Bathrooms are a little dated, but functional, with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff.

Everything else about our stay was fine—the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was nice. However, the biggest issue was that our room 322 didn’t have internet/Wi-Fi. It was inconvenient, especially since we needed it during our stay. Hopefully, this can be fixed for future guests.

No free breakfast (which was a deal breaker for me.)

The stay was good. The room stayed pretty warm, but it is the height of summer, so we understood that. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. It was a very basic, hotel breakfast. What was served was no different from what any other hotel would offer for free. We were charged $15 per person. The price for the rom as cheap, but they made up for it by charging for a breakfast that would have been completely free anywhere else.

We only stayed one night but it was an excellent experience! Starting with the front desk staff being friendly and overly helpful. Then moving on to the hallways and room, very clean and well maintained. Usually at every property, there is usually some sort of smell…in the hallways, at the very least. Not here, all you smell in cleanliness!! I couldn’t get over how clean this place this was. I will definitely be staying here again for every future visit back to the Dallas area.
