Hotel is clean, good; breakfast is so-so. Will be back

staff very good, room very clean

During breakfast time we saw a big roach running by the lobby. The male employee was just standing there and didn’t care. The treadmill in the gym was broken. There was no free water available in the gym or breakfast area. We asked for linens for pull out couch bed and we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. Young female overnight employee seemed untrained and unmotivated. The hallways were extremely hot and humid. The room ac was okay. Overall not a good representation of the Hilton brand.

Good to stay if you need somewhere to sleep. However, the place isn’t up to the most modern type of hotels. They have an older hotel building foundation, closer to a motel look, and is still being renovated. Housekeeping cleans your room every other day of the stay. So if you need things, you have to go to the front desk and ask in person so it is a bit inconvenience but maybe partially because of low staff. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and not be disturbed, then this is a decent place.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were peaceful and comfortable.

The bathroom and shower in my room needed a complete renovation. Front desk was were helpful. But i didn’t see any other staff than front desk.

Everything was great! We will stay again when in the area!

Nice hotel and staff was great.

The staff were very friendly but this hotel was pretty rough. Terrible water pressure, lumpy pillows, very hasty renovation evident in bad paint, etc. We were only there for about 10 hours and honestly that was plenty. I understand this is Hilton’s budget offering but similar price point there are better options.

Everything here was as promised. Great service as well.

Good and clean good foods

The people in charge of the hotel didn’t wan to go clean the room ..I asked two times for service and they didn’t want to clean at all…terrible service.

I stayed 1st floor, the room smells weird and the humidity was incredible, i hung my dress and in the morning it was almost wet, and floor was wet too. After one night stay, we hurried out of the place. Never again. I am not sure why this hotel has good ratings in expedia. Maybe because it was first floor?????
