The room was good. Enough parking. Staff was unprofessional. Cheating. While making the reservation, it was mentioned that $25 was a damage deposit and will be refunded. However, I was told there is nothing like that. Please clarify.

I like that it was easy and convenient to book a room here. The check in was super fast. Room was clean, smelled a little bit but it was a smoking room. I ordered a room with a hot tub. And although we were able to use the hot tub, it was not very enjoyable. The hot water for the hot tub never would get to a hot temperature. It stayed under Luke warm closer to cold. The hot tub was the whole reason for the stay to relax soar muscles. When mentioned to front desk at checkout, their reply was, “it works, I can go show you now!” It came off stern, rude and unacceptable. It seemed as if that had been mentioned before by other guests and it became frustrating or annoying for them to hear. I left it alone handed my key cards in turned around and walked out biting my tongue. No you don’t have to prove it to me, I just stayed in the room, I know if it got hot or not. Also, what I do know , is the hotel around the corner has a hot tub that gets hot, staff isn’t trying to prove a guest wrong or be rude. I know if you want a returning guest, you’ll make some adjustments

Hôtel propre, bien situé, 5min à pieds du metro (RED et ORANGE LINE, station SPRING VALLEY), permettant de se rendre dans le centre-ville en moins de 30min. Quartier calme et sécuritaire, quelques options de restauration dans le coin. Chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée (frigo, micro-ondes), literie confortable. 2 points à revoir... le wifi, totalement non fonctionnel... et le petit déjeuner vraiment pauvre... Bon rapport qualité/prix, je re-réserverais dans problème lors d'un prochain voyage à DALLAS.

I did like the fact I selected a king bed and ended up in a double bed room and blood stains on the mattress covers. Need better shower heads and the curtains need to be updated and better toilet
