All the things you expect at a Holiday Inn. Beds could habeen firmer or less prone to wiggles.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. A/C was excellent.

Hotel is under construction police were there because a women's stuff was stolen from the hotel room smelled like cat piss they moved us at 12am to another room called us early in the morning and said they wanted to move us again the manager was not empathetic at all and wanted actually charge us extra we left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore aaaallll while on our father's day weekend and to top it all off they charged us for the night we weren't there so we r in dispute now. Horrible property except the breakfast ladies were nice. Management sucks 0 customer service. Do better Expedia especially at 300$ a night lmao.

But the rooms could stand to be updated, too.

Clean room; excellent breakfast. In addition, the staff were very professional and friendly.

We reserved an ADA room and after driving 5 hrs we were ready to relax ...we found our room not to be ADA with no bars in the bathroom or shower....which is what I needed after a recent hip surgery we were to tired to think about moving to a new room. Also the refrigerator made a loud ticking noice all the time making it very hard to sleep.

It was terrific, will stay there every trip to Tri-Cities.

The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror situation is not great -- no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, and the mirror in the hall is not well-lit. Breakfast options were pretty good -- veggie omelettes, turkey sausage, and oatmeal for healthier options. I found it annoying that our suite had a kitchenette but no plates or utensils. The only options were the paper/plastic disposables from the breakfast buffet. The microwave operation was really strange! But the staff was terrific! I left my coat behind in the closet, and they called the next day to say that housekeeping had found it, and arranged to have it shipped to me within a week. We didn't use the pool, so can't comment, but I did notice that it had 24-hour access, which is nice.

I had the suite with a river view and balcony. The room was a nice room though the tv is in a spot that is weird and you cannot see it from the sofa. It states that this was a river view room yet there is NO RIVER VIEW, that is false!!! You pay extra for the view and there is no view at all!! The pool area was awesome and the kids enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and had options. It offers cookies and milk in the evening and we found that awesome. overall, besides it not having any view at all, we had a good stay.

The hotel didn’t have the 2 bedding situation that we originally booked so they gave us a king bed and a rollaway. Pool was nice to have open 24hrs. Someone’s dog was loose in the hotel and pooped in the hallway. There were kinda funky smells throughout the place. But all the staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept refilling the breakfast when it was low so it was fresh.
