Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richland by IHG

Good

The room was tiny compared to what was advertised. Says sleeps 6? We struggled with 3 people because the couch bed was horrible. Beds seem like they’re not even Queen size. The pool area was trashed and the water looked nasty. I honestly feel like it was a complete rip off for 200 a night.?

The hotel was in an excellent location for us. It was easy to drive anywhere in the Tri-Cities.The hotel and the rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs.

The pool temperature was a good temp for little ones which is why I booked this hotel. However the water was extremely cloudy. You could not even see pool toys or drains on the bottom. They seemed to be trying to rectify it in the morning with a roaming pool filter and chemicals and it was getting a little better. The hot tub was extremely clean and clear, with nice tile. So I’m not sure what caused the pool cloudiness but it was disappointing.

It was still undergoing construction on the outside, but despite that, it was a very nice stay.

Breakfast was great, there were free cookies, the pool was 24 hours, and staff were so nice and helpful!

Awesome breakfast!

Good clean hotel reasonably priced. Clean rooms nice pool and hot tub good breakfast. There was a remodeling going on would be nicer when finished. Landscaping around the building can use some care broken screens in the pool area can be replaced pool furniture needs to be looked at holes in chairs and such.but otherwise good would stay again.

.

The hotel was under construction and you wouldn't have even noticed. The staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable.

The size and cleanliness of the room. It was quiet, except that we could hear the TV next door. Wish they would supply a light blanket in the room. The comforter on the bed was too hot.

Clean cozy room good breakfast nice pool and hot tub.

Went well.

Excellent breakfast Good a/c

Construction is ongoing. When I needed sleep in the day, I got to listen to the workers on the scaffolding outside of my windows performing construction on the building facade. It would have been quieter to sleep inside the engine of a 747

All the things you expect at a Holiday Inn. Beds could habeen firmer or less prone to wiggles.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. A/C was excellent.

Hotel is under construction police were there because a women's stuff was stolen from the hotel room smelled like cat piss they moved us at 12am to another room called us early in the morning and said they wanted to move us again the manager was not empathetic at all and wanted actually charge us extra we left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore aaaallll while on our father's day weekend and to top it all off they charged us for the night we weren't there so we r in dispute now. Horrible property except the breakfast ladies were nice. Management sucks 0 customer service. Do better Expedia especially at 300$ a night lmao.

But the rooms could stand to be updated, too.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, fun pool and great breakfast!
