WoodSpring Suites Tri-Cities - Richland 

My 1 star review is for Expedia. We were charged for 3 nights in total even though we only stayed for one - after contacting Expedia with no response. The hotel staff was amazing - Ryan and Veronica were super helpful with a stressful situation.

Didn’t stay. Didnt get a confirmation so booked at another hotel and they wouldn’t let me cancel when I discovered I was being charged

The staff could have been more welcoming and better customer service

Very basic, affordable accommodation, this property works. Close to one of the softball field complexes for tournaments and restaurants and shopping. Bedding is a negative. Cheap beds very firm with poor pillows and top cover which doesn't qualify as a comforter. Many dogs on the property with green areas for them if that is a need.

No bags for dog waste out side garbage cans running over full stayed at to much for the stay stayed at other places for a lot less money

Greta place to stay and very clean

My family’s stay here has been brief and it is our first time staying in this motel but it’s been excellent. Very homey and pet friendly. The staff & other guest are nice & friendly. Staff is very helpful.

Beginning of stay was fine, until went to have dinner and came back to letter on door stating we were kicked out due to having guest come in thru side door and lost $200 dep also.

The best place to stay, where I feel welcome and can stay without any issues.

Decent room. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. Train went by at 1:30 am and woke me up. Person above me never stopped banging things and stomping back and forth... literally all evening and from 2:30am on. Will not stay here again. Disappointed.

Price, room. I was a late arrival, lobby was closed upon arrival. Only because someone in-house opened the door and let us in. Otherwise we would have been waiting outside. Once inside I had to call the hotel number to be checked in, for her to tell me “you said you would be here at blank time” well my bad. I’m here.

Excellent place to stay in a very clean room. Perfect place and very close to many different stores, restaurants.

Checked in because i am here for work for a month . my first day i met Shawna the manager she gave me a tour . she is amazing . I also locked my key in room after goods . The night staff i can’t think of her name but she came and helped me within a few minutes . very sweet great attitudes . The place is in a great location ,clean ,safe and exactly what you need traveling on business . ThNk God i found this place . Thanks to Shawna and the rest of the staff !

Barely any amenities, which is what you get at an extended stay hotel. I understand no breakfast, but theres not even an iron, hair dryer, or even a box of Kleenex. Mattress has minimal support. I would stay here again if it is significantly less expensive that surrounding hotels like it was this time, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express. No paid me to write this, this is just a matter-of-fact, honest review.

Clean, modern, comfortable.

Had to get fresh towels only between 5 and 8....it was not always available to us. No coffee machine in the room....bed was very comfortable...room was very, very clean...we has emergency at home and left one day early and they would not refund our money.
