Motel 6 Richland, WA - Kennewick

This is no-frills hotel and was perfect for our needs. I don’t know if refrigerators were available, but there were none in the room, but it was great and the pool was clean and room was clean as it was awesome.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially the night manager on shift. The location isn’t trashed, but it isn’t updated either.

Rooms smelled awful. Everything is outdated. Beds atrocious.

No fridge or microwave available in room, even with a 4 night stay. No do not disturb sign and housekeeper will bang on the door until you answer. It was very disturbing as I was working overnight. Pool was very dirty, only coffee available is in lobby from 6-10am. I was also charged almost $100 more than my booking. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there was still hair in it.

Staff was friendly. Only wished there were more pillows.

It seems like there’s a lot of people living here. There was a ton of noise from people outside late at night and lots of road noise. The room was clean and updated but very dark, there definitely needs to be more lights. There was no fridge or microwave. For a motel 6, the bed was pretty good.

Everything was good

This is a very clean motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was open from 9am to 9pm and was extremely clean and not very busy even though the motel was pretty full. It location is great close to all kids of shopping food and just a few blocks from a beautiful park next to Columbia River. I will most definitely visit this location again.

Though I didn't specifically ask for a non-smoking room, this room smelled of cigarette smoke. No microwave, no fridge, no shampoo and no conditioner. Motel 6 seems to be the only motel that doesn't supply shampoo. The walls were thin. I could hear people walking upstairs and my head board shook when someone next door was moving something in the next room. The good news...since there was no microwave, I had to go out for dinner. Across the street is a fast food restaurant and sharing the parking lot is a Chinese Food Buffet. I would not recommend staying here.

Parking isn't great. Lots of long term residents that are too comfortable in their stay. Bed was horrible, needs replaced or even a topper to avoid feeling every spring. The shower had no pressure or hot water. Pool is nice and coffee fresh. Good A/C. Good blackout curtains. Fairly clean since no carpet Friendly staff. Location is ideal.

Posting on Expedia showed a double queen room and the site didnt offer that. Room was cleaning but bathroom was small and there were no supplies provided other than old soap. Location felt unsafe and there was a lot of police activity driving through the lot multiple times throughout the evening. Bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows were provided.

The staff was awesome,like always. I had a very pleasant stay. I was renting a room that had a stench of smoke, i quickly notified the staff and take care of it immediately.

For the money this offers pretty good value. I did bring my own soaps and such as only bar soap is provided. I had a fridge and microwave though is was only the fridge I used. Very close to the Mall.

Good location for food and drink.
