Attentive employees, engaging manager, clean quiet. Nothing not to like

Very nice hotel

Be aware the kitchen is not stocked with cookware, and eating utensils are very limited. I was told at check in that "kitchen kits" were available for sale. We didn't look into it as we were only staying one night.

Great clean and updated appliances and clean interiors . I would Highly recommend this place for solo and family travellers

Our bed made noises for any single move I comfortable but Need to upgrade bed

There were issues with the A/C. In the second bathroom, there were two rolls of toilet paper that had already been used, and no new ones; I asked for some twice in one day but didn't get any, and I had to ask again the next day before they finally provided them—they told me they had run out. There was only one small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The room had dirty areas. I didn't like this hotel and won't stay here again. It wasn't until the day I was checking out—and was just about to leave—that a housekeeper came by. Personally, I do not recommend this hotel.

Personally it felt more like an institution than a hotel

I travel for work all the time for construction on cell towers. First time staying here and was very impressed on kitchenette room. Good parking for work truck/the staff is great/rooms are very clean/ the prices are good. Will definitely stay here again!

Its an affordable, clean, and safe environment to rest your head for a day or two before to get to your destination. Wasn't especially fond of the area either, IMHO this may have factored into rating.

No amenities…. Very clean, quiet, a great nights sleep.

Bad

Housekeeping is only every 14 days. So good for long term travelers. We did not know at the time. If you have a handicap room, there is no table for dining. Other than that, I still recommend. Close to restaurants and things to do.

The manager in training, the assistant mgr and the cleaning staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend. The only issue I have with this place is they don’t have the all the basic kitchenware.

Our room was adequate, very basic, nothing more. Bed uncomfortable. We were not impressed and wd not choose to stay again.

Have two nightstands on each side of the bed besides for one so each party has their own. Provide a sponge and dish soap More bath towels and toilet paper Other than that this place was great!

Ran downstairs to get ice and there were random people walking around, clearly under the influence. Didn’t feel safe at all

That said, I think this hotel is a great option for travelers who are staying for work or an extended visit. I travel frequently for work, and I appreciated having the extra space, the apartment style layout, and the larger refrigerator. It’s especially convenient if you like to bring your own groceries or pack lunches instead of eating out every day. If the noise issue had not been a factor, my stay would have been much more enjoyable. The staff’s professionalism made a positive impression, and I hope the maintenance issue in that room is addressed for future guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at LivAway in Richland. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was absolutely amazing! I have never seen a room so accommodating. There was plenty of room to turn around my mobility scooter to get in and out of the bathroom, and the tub/shower has multiple bars at different levels on all sides, along with a shower chair (not pictured; can put on). I haven’t see any other hot like this. There were only 2 drawbacks. There aren’t plates, pots/pans, even though there was tons of storage and access to be able to cook. Lastly, it is dog friendly, yet there is no where for the dogs to go to the bathroom except mulch and rocks (picture below). That’s not acceptable to be a dog friendly place. Due to this, I would give them a 4.8 rating out of 5. Everything else, the room and storage, cleanliness, staff, are all. 5/5 stars. We look forward to staying in another LivAway when we travel again. We just need to bring our own items to cook, and hope they have grass for the dogs. Thank you.

This was an awesome hotel. It had a nice kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, and it was easy to get to. We only wish we could have had more time there-We will definitely use this hotel again when we head to the area.
