No amenities in the room, no breakfast. Really surprised they supplied toilet paper. I’d rather pay a little more for basic amenities.

Great staff spacious rooms

Clean room and great staff

Bring your own food.

Exceptional

When pulling back the covers on the bed, there was blood stains and patches on the sheets. Not the best experience to say the least.

Superb

Great value for money, new. Close to train tracks, was woken up by freight train almost every night.

Clean and good kitchen set up.

They have a very hands-on approach… Which, for people like myself that’s pretty good. The property is pretty conveniently located. The room does not come with a lot of amenities that you would find in a traditional hotel… But if you go down and ask, they may have some of those items such as a blow dryer. For what we needed the room for it suited our needs.

location room wasn't super clean , bathroom needed cleaned better. Was woken up several times from other loud guests. Front desk seemed so stressed.

Other than just the noisy nature of the hotel, amenities that are included in most hotels are missing. The best way to describe LivAway is to change the tagline of a different chain to: “Designed for business travelers by purchasing managers who won’t have to stay there.” I won’t ever again.

It is a clean room, bit light on the extras, no pots or pans or a table to sit at. The sheets are low quality also, would not stay tucked in.

Had to take out your own garbage; laundry used an app that had to be purchased in $10 block which did not match the cost of washer/dryer, no cook kit avail although advertised, landlines did not work - reported 3 times

Affordable price in a good location. Kitchen was nice to have. Bed was ok, a little firm. Kept hitting out knees/legs on the bed frame that sticks out

Worth it

Also I was in a requested ADA room which was very functional for me however the King Size bed had a huge cavern in it on one side. I’m now sure if it was the frame or the mattress but it was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that the price was good, it is conveniently located. There are many places to eat very close by. Or you can cook in your room but remember to bring your own pans and dishes. Nothing is provided with the room. Over all I give it a 3 out of 5 points.
