Superb

Clean environment and friendly staff. Food was AWFUL!!! I know hotel food is not great but this was definitely not even edible.

Amazing stay! I stay here whenever I stay in St Louis.

Breakfast was less than desirable not much to choose from and not very good or very clean or organized.

Everything was bright and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is wish we stayed longer

The sticker on the bathroom mirror stated that the guest rooms would be serviced every other day. During our 8-day stay, our room was only serviced once after we were told that rooms don't receive service if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is out at 7:30 AM .

Breakfast bar was amazing! The first day they seemed to struggle to keep up, but after that they were on it! Your front desk employe Nathaniel took my maintenance issue. The dish washer had standing water in the bottom ( we did not use this on our stay) and was leaking out everywhere. Pretty large amounts I was controlling with all the towels we had in the room. It was 2 hours later before I went back downstairs and he never even told maintenance. My husband had to scoop out all the water with a small trash can to get it to stop leaking out. I wish I would hav gotten the other guys name, he was very kind as smoothing everything over. Nathaniel got extremely defensive and rude. I asked him to get some extra towels and never got those either until we went backdown stairs and got them at the desk.

Staff were very professional and helped when needed. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Only recommendation is to get a hot tub for pool area

The hotel was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was perfectly located for the things we were doing in the city. The room was clean and quiet.

It was clean, comfy, and staff was friendly and helpful. Location had great access to the places we wanted to go and was very quiet. Pool was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had good options. Room was great. We enjoyed everything
