Everything was bright and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is wish we stayed longer

Breakfast bar was amazing! The first day they seemed to struggle to keep up, but after that they were on it! Your front desk employe Nathaniel took my maintenance issue. The dish washer had standing water in the bottom ( we did not use this on our stay) and was leaking out everywhere. Pretty large amounts I was controlling with all the towels we had in the room. It was 2 hours later before I went back downstairs and he never even told maintenance. My husband had to scoop out all the water with a small trash can to get it to stop leaking out. I wish I would hav gotten the other guys name, he was very kind as smoothing everything over. Nathaniel got extremely defensive and rude. I asked him to get some extra towels and never got those either until we went backdown stairs and got them at the desk.

Staff were very professional and helped when needed. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Only recommendation is to get a hot tub for pool area

The hotel was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was perfectly located for the things we were doing in the city. The room was clean and quiet.

Everything was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Pool was salty!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having free parking so close to Barnes hospital. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which I used to pick up our dinner. (Unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't begin until 6 AM and we had to be at Barnes at 6 AM.) It was useful having the kitchette with real dishes instead of disposable but it would have been nice to have another chair for sitting at the table to eat since there were two of us.

The breakfast could have been longer, but the staff was excellent!
