The room was dated and in disrepair; toilet handle was broken and toilet continued to run. No shampoo. Upon checking out front desk said that yes they are out of shampoo for all rooms as are going with wall mounted shower units. No one mentioned this upon checking in nor did they offer a sample size option. There was no coffee maker in the room. Mentioned this at checkout and they seemed aware that someone was buying more. No apologies, no compensation.

Breakfast was ok. The king size bed was comfortable. No linens or pillows available for the foldout sofa. A couple of lights in the room needed bulbs. The kicker ROACHES!

The room was very dirty. Floors were not mopped, fridge was dirty, linen was stained, room had a bad odor, and the toilet did not flush well. My wife cleaned condos, so she had to clean the room.

Property is in need of a fresh remodel. Day staff were nice,afternoon staff not helpful at all. Many amenities were not stocked properly i.e. hand soap was empty and one of the staff told she didn't have access to get us any. Would not recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was located near elevator which was noisy; otherwise this was a great stay.

Place was just "OK". Can tell it is an older property. Water stains on the shelf holding towels in bathroom, some of the lights in the room didn't work, bathroom fan didn't work. Room did its job and didn't have any bugs, but I'd spend a little more money and stay at one of the properties across the street before coming back here again.

I didnt like the mold in the shower in the room which had my eyes and nose and throat and head in an allergy attack in the middle of the night. I checked out about 2am and went to the Hampton down the street in about an hour the symptoms started to go away and i did not get a refund. No comfort at Comfort Inn just awful dont stay in room 410. Other than that front desk staff were friendly

Terrible room. Libby was clean. Betty was amazing but the room was disgusting. Stains. Ceiling looked like it was going b to cave in. Ceiling tiles were on the floor. Crickets in the shower. So unclean. Door handle was falling off so had to get another room. The doors have a gap even when locked.
