The room was fine. The bathroom was less than stellar The breakfast was good

Reported the uncleaner bed sheet at the arrival bed room 319, and the staff changed the sheets for both queen beds.

Breakfast was almost adequate. I am not sure what the objects were next to the strange eggs were.

Location is very good for convenience in and around town. From the parking lot appearance to the room. Hotel is unkempt, dirty and showing the limit of age and wear. Immediate shut-down and full re-fit is required to bring the property up to par with their peers in the industry.

See the above ... this is the second time this happened to me.. won't give them another chance . Can't be sure if they are actually cleaning the rooms and changing the sheets!

The break fast was a little disappointing. The juices seemed like they were watered down. Location was good. Easy to walk to places to eat. The tub needs attention as well as the bathroom doors

Hotel room was really clean. However it was outdated and in need of upgrades and repairs. Staff was not very professional.

Homeless man next morning asked if he could use the restroom . They caught him in the lobby and had a hard time getting him to leave. (Scary) Then upon leaving a cockroach came running across the bed . Which now had to immediately wash clothes and leave our suit cases.

We did not get to stay there we had to get a different hotel the air was broken in our room there was mold on the wall in our room and it with dirty. The hotel had a sign about being short staffed up. The owner refuses to reund our money even tho we did not stay there. Very unhappy with this establishment.

Nothing We traveled to Richmond to watch our son compete in Special Olympics. I booked the hotel, and paid early so we could have a place to stay while there. We got to the property, got our key and went to check the room. The room had roaches. We turned around and gave the keys back to the front desk. The lady was very rude about why we were leaving. We had to go get a room at another hotel and haven’t received a response, or a single penny back for the room with roaches.

Very pleasant staff and close to lots of restaurants and a Meijer We didn’t have a tv remote, which was not a big deal because there were buttons on the back of the tv, and our bathroom door didn’t latch, which again, not a big deal

Staff was amazing. They meet all our needs.

Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.
