Front desk personnel were inept at their job and knowledge of the property and room locations. Arrived two hours before check in request third floor west side room gave 2 nd floor east side room. Then gave 2nd floor west side room with wall 5 ft from windo. Waited two hours for room to be cleaned still gave 2nd floor room. Spent night hearing people and dog above. Toilet running al night broken shade

My only issue was that the breakfast was not great. The gravy was very thin and little to no real flavor, little round “ham” was the only meat available. Other than that the overall experience was great

This was a nice place to stay. The bed in our room was very hard and was very low. Room was clean, but floor felt under my shoes to be a little slick as they were wet for being outside. The water was great as hot water was instantly available but shower had no pressure. Room description said there was a couch but it was an oversized chair.

The beds were not that comfortable. One squeaked with every move and woke us up from a sound sleep we thought someone was trying to break in. Laughed about it later.

My room was perfect and the staff was very friendly...I choose this hotel for the indoor pool and it was so clean I will choose this hotel every time I am in Richmond Kentucky...

The room and the rest of the hotel that we used was clean and in good condition. All of the staff we came in contact with were kind and helpful. The pool room was warm and the pool itself was clean and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
