My granddaughter left her AirPods there and we received a call within 45 minutes of leaving that they had been found amazing honest Staff The front desk took care of us very much so we appreciate the honesty.

I did not use the breakfast, but I stay here at least once a year. I have grandchildren in Richmond. We really enjoy the pool. A couple more chairs in room. We were playing games and not everyone could sit to play.

Everything is very clean. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good. The potatoes are lacking and I wish there were cut up fruit to put on the yogurt. Overall though I really enjoyed our stay 10/10 will be back

Well, I got in the shower and the soap dispenser was empty, I stepped out to get the soap while naked, as soon as I stepped back in the tub I slipped and hurt my Neck & back. so I have been in pain since that morning just because the room service were too lazy to check if the bottle of soap filled up, on top of that they put a card on the bed for tips. Hotel employees shouldn't expect tips to do the job they were hired to do. A clean room and the toiletry is what I paid for, it isn't waiting on table at a restaurant.

Lots of thoughtful touches made this an extremely easy and satisfying stay. The rooms are modern, well-designed, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The specially-provided gluten-free muffin at breakfast for my Celiac wife was an unexpected treat (though there were other GF offerings as well).

Location, room design I’m sure our experience was a fluke… maintenance issues with three rooms… moved from room to room. Difficult when you arrive tired after a long day of travel. Also, several breakfast items went unavailable early in breakfast time slot.

Most things were just fine. Clean area and nice staff. However, could you please have some oatmeal? Instant is better than nothing and much better than the sugar-laden cold cerals. Thanks
