Staff was mostly friendly, room was clean. Coffee machine in lobby was broken, so no coffee with breakfast.

The only bad thing was the elevator was out of order. Everything else was great

Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again.

One negative...there was no cover in front for loading or unloading, which would be very nice during inclement weather, such as rain and snow.

It was a short stay but bed was comfortable

It was right off the interstate, and dirt cheap. I guess you get what ya pay for. Bit the biggest thing was them essentially making me pay for the room twice with that ridiculous "we put a hold on your credit card, and make you run the full cost a second time when you get here" policy.

The staff is extremely pleasant, it is well maintained and clean. The full size bed is not as comfortable as the king size, I usually stay in a room with a king-size bed but this time I had a room with 2 full size beds and they are not as comfortable Better mattresses on the full size beds

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Gas, food and shopping all in short drive or walking distance Beds were a little to hard for my liking and shower pressure was on the weak side

Everything was clean, basic breakfast. Hotel was quiet, didn't hear the Hiram noise.
