The outdoor seating area was great. Would have liked more seating in the room.

2 staff at desk during check in. 1 kept telling the other what to do and other seemed frustrated by this. Somewhat uncomfortable for us as the customer. No coffee in room. Had to get dressed to go to lobby for that first cup of the morning. Breakfast just ok. Not kept very warm. Room was quiet.

Rooms was like someone smoked and called front desk but no one answered response toilet is terrible water force is very low you have to wait 10 minutes to flush again

My girls and I enjoyed the stay here while visiting the area.

Maintenance should be all over that. Shower: Mold all around the corners, the door gasket is moldy, and the silicone grout needs to be cleaned/replaced. Needs to be redone. Ever since Covid hotel rates have shot up and the level of maintenance and service have tapered off. Room rates are not commensurate with value received.
