The staff were welcoming and kind; the breakfast was delightful; we appreciated the full kitchen suite to hold/refreeze our ice for the next days travels—but truly there was ample space for a small family to navigate and stretch out. Apparently an added bonus we didn’t know we needed was the Buc-ee’s just a few extra ez on/off minutes down the road (we get the hype). We absolutely would recommend, and would stay again if a road trip route takes us this way.

The room was noisy. Think it was the air conditioning unit by the window. Also didn’t like that the shower stall had a clear glass window rather than a shower curtain or frosted glass for privacy. Then two can use the bathroom at the same time. Could have had a microwave oven to warm up breakfast sandwiches. All else was great!

Everything was as expected and what you want for a hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was good. The staff, Nancy, was rude, unprofessional, and ended up costing me time and money. When I tried to address with her she was rude again and took no accountability. My son in law and a friend stayed there the same weekend and had run ins with Nancy. One said she was hostile and rude the other called her a turd. All at different times. Due to Nancy I probably would not stay there again.

Cons The only issue I had was the AC was not working fine though the temperature was set to 66 the room was very hot couldn't get proper sleep. When I complained to the front desk they came and checked said it will be fine in sometime but it didn't Overall, I would have rated my stay much higher if the AC had worked properly.

The staff was very kind and it was clean There were people running up and down the halls all night, long slamming doors outside our window drinking. I had to call the front desk and all I got was we’ll go out and tell him to stop.

We were met with a kind welcome, simple to understand directions. The room met all our needs, clean, and roomy. Breakfast was all we needed, plus it was delicious. Honestly we had a great time and it was perfect for our needs

We have stayed in a lot of ordinary hotels, but this is one of the better ones. Excellent breakfast that changes every day. The staff was extraordinary and the room was clean. We would stay there again.
