I’ve never stayed in a place like this. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff had a nasty, unprofessional attitude! The room was poorly cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, and the kitchen was a disaster! I do not recommend this hotel; there were dogs all over the hallway and construction workers living there who were talking loudly—it was terrible.

Staff unfriendly. Bearly acknowledge client. It was gross someone must have vomited at entrance of the elevator. Ot was not clean properly the smell linger it was awful. The lobby had water linkage from the ceiling and the staff was inform her response was uhhhmmm. Terrible place over all.

There was a lot of trash around the property, cigarette butts, etc. - we were there 3 weeks and I think only once the trash can in the dog waste area was emptied. The room we stayed in was in rough shape - had a musty mildew smell to it, and the area between the carpet and hard surfaced flooring didn't have a strip so there was a carpet nail I hurt myself on. Room key cards constantly demagnetized as well - they need to sort that out).

This was strictly an overnight to catch a very early morning flight. It was very convenient to the airport, but only moderately convenient to restaurants. Especially liked the fridge with ice maker - excellent touch! Parking. Had to park in back and walk to the back door in the dark. Not comfortable.

The hotel was hot as soon as we walked in the door (middle of summer). I noticed a dead bug on the counter when checking in, but didn't think much of it until we got to our room on the 4th floor where there was a large cockroach walking on our pillow and up the wall. The front desk did not seem surprised and offered to put us in another room which was right next door to our current room. We had to find another hotel after being out for 16 hours and driving an extra hour to get to the hotel at 11pm. The hotel could not offer us anything for the inconvenience since we booked through a 3rd party. Needless to say we were not happy campers.

The shower had mildew and there was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets or pillows no place in the room. The AC had a horrible oder it was cigarette smoke mildew. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The staff at the front desk was great.It was nice to talk with them to get bedding but the room was not clean and the counters were not wiped down the TV did not work in the sitting area and there was 1 remote but 2 tv's I will never stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this location before however this room was dirty with multiple big dead bugs n the room. Shower wall was filthy and sheets smelled mildewed

Room was comfortable and the AC worked well as it over 102 degrees

Very nice hotel, while on travel. Quiet location with no nearby nightclubs or booming music, no airplane noise, room was clean, shower was hot with nice flowing shower head and liquid soap/shampoo. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Light blocking curtains do not close all the way but didn't seem to be an issue. Has a nice kitchenette with microwave, full sized refrig, dishwasher, two burner stove, a few dishes and what appeared to be provided DW tablets and liquid dish soap, closet has wood hangers with clips for odd items. Hotel is no smoking and has no smoking rooms, does not smell musky and is nice for a Virginia establishment. Front lot parking fills up quickly. Lots of choices for food nearby, gas station and airport within minutes.

This speaks to the lack of attention to the cleanliness of the hotel by the staff. By the way! my room was not cleaned either day that I stayed there. This hotel gave"low budget" seedy vibes. "You live and learn"
