Our room was clean and well appointed. The carpets and walls are in need of maintenance and updating. The king mattress was not very comfortable and had a sway in the middle. We asked the cleaning staff for additional washcloths and an extra pillow. They told us talk to the front desk. I called the front desk and was told I needed to go to the front desk to get the items. The clerk gave me a washcloth but said there were no more and I would have to come back later. There was no pillow case for the pillow. I asked for a pillow case and was told that the pillow cover WAS a pillow case. I took the pillow up and asked the cleaning staff for a pillow case. They gave me a used one they had just removed from a pillow in another room. Breakfast hot items was frozen stuff, reheated.

Our room was given to another customer before we got there. No one will give us a refund. Lady working the desk was rude and on her phone watching a movie while we were trying to talk to her

If you are looking for a completely average, no-frills stay, this is it. It’s a clean but basic three-star hotel that feels like a 1990s build that has been rebranded several times over the decades. The amenities are incredibly bare-bones, so don't expect any toiletries beyond standard bath soap, and be prepared to hunt for available outlets to charge your devices, none in my room for USB. Management isn't trying to wow anyone; their philosophy seems to be, "Here is your clean room, have a good night." It gets the job done, but leaves zero impression.

Très belle accueil

Room was fine but the pool area was rough. Dirt on the tiles, wet towels strewn, pool was a weird shade of green. Also king bed had a huge dip in the middle. Back hurt in the morning.

The AD stated it has a heated pool and jacuzzi, both were really cold and you could not adjust temperature nor did the jets work in the Jacuzzi, they stated the piece is broken and they have to get a piece in to have it fix. The sign stated to lift phone for help and the phone was not working. My bed in the room was sunken in and scratches and tape in some spots just shows the building is very old. We had teenagers running through out the building knocking on doors and hiding! The elevator does not have any air, feels like you are suffocating going to the 3rd floor.

They wouldn't let us check in early and we were traveling and they didnt even check the actual room. The pool felt nice but it needed to be cleaned. Our ac in our room wasnt cooling down the room and they tried to fix it by nelting the ice with a hair dryer which didnt work because we had to tell them again and they switched our room towards the end of our stay. Our floor was hot & smelled like weed the whole time. Tvs were outdated and had bad picture. A couple night staff was helpful and I appreciated that.

The night staff was wonderful at check in the lady the next morning wasn’t very helpful. The breakfast was good but the lady cooking it didn’t understand English so that wasn’t helpful

Room was not cleaned well. Carpet was stained bright red and bathroom had noticeable dirt build up. A cockroach was seen crawling around the air conditioner. Towels in the pool area were no larger than a hand towel. Breakfast felt dirty with food that was poor quality/stale. Lobby furniture was beat up and stained. Every wall needed to be repainted. Jets in the hot tub would not work.

The breakfast was cold not very fresh got sausage and it was cold. Would not recommend.

Stayed one night after going to King's Dominion. Everything was good. Room was clean, it was quiet at night, and breakfast was good for my family of 4. We didn't use any of the amenities since we got in late and left early, but it was perfect for a quick overnight stay.
