Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Richmond West at I-64, VA

Stayed one night after going to King's Dominion. Everything was good. Room was clean, it was quiet at night, and breakfast was good for my family of 4. We didn't use any of the amenities since we got in late and left early, but it was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Clean. Great location. Breakfast was good

Everyday during stay had to go to front desk for new cards. We’re locked out every day.

The staff was friendly but the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Some of the lights in the room was not working. The AC was not working properly. Some of the towels was drity.

Not a bad spot. Staff was helpful, property is in decent shape. Major problems with the key card system, had to get a new key like 8 times.

Night staff was friendly. Day time staff was not as friendly.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this may have been my worst experience. Toilet would only partially flush. Called front desk and worker got an attitude because he was the only worker. They never did send anyone to fix this issue. The room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes just before we arrived. The front desk said they would spray. If they did spray it don’t help at all. The breakfast was cold and disgusting. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Front desk staff was horrible! We got there after 3 which is check in time, after driving 7 hours. Was told room wouldn’t be ready for at least 45 min. I asked for a different room and told not possible. Staff began checking others in and I approached desk to question this and was rudely told their room were ready, mine was not. When my room was finally ready a paper was shoved across and I was told to sign. Keys were put on desk. That was it!

Breakfast was disappointing because the coffee was not good at all and the only "bread" item available was white bread--no wheat bread, bagels or muffins. I stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before. It was a better experience.

We had a great stay! The staff was wonderful and we were so surprised at what a great deal it was!

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and our room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was meager. Bread, no bagels. No hard boiled eggs. Pathetic industrial reconstituted eggs. Only apples, no other fruits. Key card system must be old, Key card would not open pool, as lock was faulty, and it had to be recoded the day we were leaving, ad I think it automatically stopped at 7 am.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was just okay and only one kind of bread. Woke us up with a false alarm around 7:30am.

Everything was perfect! Location, restaurant choices nearby, staff and breakfast! I really enjoyed this hotel. Terrance was the best. Let us do a late check out due to our train schedule. I plan on staying there again!

Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. My family really enjoyed having a pool, hot tub, vending, breakfast, ice machine, and laundry facilities available. The breakfast was good. My only suggestion would be to have some packs of honey available for the oatmeal. I found the doors to the rooms to be a bit difficult to open but part of that could also have been user error lol Clean hotel. A very good stay. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The key fob on the door was messed up. Sometimes card worked first try. Most of the time it took 10-20 tries to the poo t we gave up and had new keys made and still had the issue. We saw other guests struggling with their key cards to get into the pool and fitness room so I think their card readers are all just in need of repair. The continental breakfast was pretty decent
