Motel 6 Richmond, VA - I-64 West

They cancelled my reservation.

I wouldn’t know any of these answers because my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge and I was not the only person turned away at 1 in the morning because there had been cancellations. This is completely unprofessional especially when I paid upfront for my room

The only real issue was we asked to fix the water pressure in the bathroom 3 times and they never did. Always said they would but didnt

Tv didn’t work and a/c was leaking but the AGM was excellent and the GM, even though I saw her briefly… seemed pleasant as well

We didn't stay, the hallway carpet was so dirty it was black, the rooms were aslo dirty and one rooms smelled like weed. Very disappointed, the lady at the hotel, said she would refund my stay 100%, I haven't heard from her yet, but will check when I get home on Wednesday.

The location It was very dirty from the lobby to the elevator with old coffee spills in it. The room was infested with roaches.

Never ever go to this place this is something like slum and so dirty and smelly

They canceled our room without letting us know or giving a refund and put us in danger because we didn’t know where we were at we aren’t from here and we had to spend money we didn’t have on another hotel that ruined our stay. Staff was rude and didn’t communicate properly. Never stay here. They will give your room up to someone else without contacting you and leave you hanging and won’t even try to help you. I called ahead and told them we would be late checking in and they wrote a note for the other staff to let try em know just for our room to be canceled when we arrived even tho WE communicated. Horrible place and need to be shut down. Scammers

Honestly, I wouldn't go back there even for free.

They lost my reservation at check-in and then offered me a room that looked like a scene of domestic violence. There was a no-smoking sign, but the entire property reeked of smoke. The carpet in the hallways had ground in dirt. I've seen trap houses that were better maintained. If it wasnt late and I knew my way around the area, no way would I have stayed. Expedia should be ashamed to partner with them! The ladies on staff were kind though.

The place is filthy, Amber at the front desk was friendly. Don‘t stay there.

Stained and burnt sheets, comforter and box spring. Broken fingernails, wads of hair and other filth left under covers, in bathroom and throughout room

Hot water is awesome. Mold. Hair in the tub. Stairwells are dirty. Elevator didn’t work.
