The staff was nice enough but kinda all over the place as they misdirected us a couple times as we were checking in. Got snacks which were severely overpriced and wasn’t aware of until i had already paid for it. The worst thing though was waking up to ants crawling on the floor near the bed. Killed about 15 but you could see them everywhere. Not what you expect when you pay almost $200 to stay somewhere. Not sure if I’d ever come back to this Holiday Inn.

We had a king bed room which was a bit smaller than we're use to (including the bathroom - & if you're bigger like my husband who is 6'4" about 250 lbs it was tight), but for 2 nights it sufficed. Beds were comfortable, thermostat was celsius and took a bit to get the room cooled down but did after a few hours. STAFF WAS GREAT! Friendly, and accomadating. I would reccommend this hotel.

Amazing stay Ii did give 6 stars if I could. There was a mess up at a different hotel and Holiday got us in 2 suite rooms no problem on a holiday weekend last minute with 4 adults & 4 kids. Restaurant on site and others very near. Close to hwy for city access. Rooms were modern, spotless clean, smelled fresh, a bonus the pool is. Salt water pools no dealing with chlorine. I will definitely stay again.

Went down for breakfast this morning and lady walked out and said, “we will be open in a few minutes. Sign says, 6:30 am but floor had just been mopped and was wet. It was 6:30. No one in there. No coffee stand so fixed a cup of decaf in the room. Didn’t really want decaf…..checked out and went out to breakfast……
