Studio 6 Extended Stay - Richmond, VA - I-64 West

Staff is great and very helpful.

Don’t stay here! Staff is rude and hallways are covered with poop and pee.

There was someone hair all in the bathroom. There was no microwave or coffee pot, which should have been there. Sad

They never cleaned my room after 8 nights ..I didn't have a tv in my room awful

It was an awful experience, the hotel is at a ghetto area. People in the parking lot were smoking I don’t know what. And they were giving creepy stairs. When I enter the hotel entrance the entire place smell like weed. the customer service was terrible. I had a receptionist I booked a reservation through Expedia and she told me they didn’t call us so your room is not booked. I made the reservation day prior. All I can say is avoid this place at all times.

Given a queen smoking room when paid for a king non smoking. Filthy room. Key card took 3 trips to front desk to work.

We arrived at midnight—check in was available till 3:00 am. The desk attendant was bothered that I was there. She never did greet me. I had prepaid for the room. The attendant told me that my reservation had been cancelled that day. I indeed had not. The property was totally booked. She never offered any apologies or empathy. I called Hotels.com who confirmed my reservation was still active. Fortunately they were able to book me at another hotel.

Nothing works, place smells bad, staff is miserable.

There were so many issues here… the hallways smell of urine, the room doors barely work, bathroom doors that don’t shut or stay shut, AC units that don’t work, and staff that doesn’t like to help.

The front desk staff is great and the room is great. It was very hot in the lobby and hallways but other than that it was great.

I can’t say the studio 6 motel 6 didn’t try to be helpful and understanding and make you feel comfortable and safe. They did. Personal experience is to each their own. I think they are working

I'd love to tell you the state of the hotel/room but from what I could tell from the lobby, it was disgusting and matched the level of customer service we got. Probably a blessing that I had to spend the next 3 hours trying to get a room somewhere else. Don't book here.

Decent price, no pets fees was definitely appreciated.

I booked a room at this hotel in Richmond I came off work in a new area I went their to unpack my bags wash and go to sleep for work again the next day but when I got their they said they were already booked and the reservations we scheduled for that morning were invalid yet they took our money of 60$ and we still have not gotten that money back even with the protection plan and we never stayed their we had to drive back home in the dark because we couldn’t find another hotel by the time we went to clock in at the one we booked! Still waiting for Expedia or the hotel itself to give back the money we spent but never got a product from my experience would be 1/10

Nothing, it was the worst experience of my life. The place was soo dirty, it was disgusting. The TV didn't work, the carpet in the halls was extremely dirty with a nasty smell there were bug in the room. It was a disgusting stay. I want my money back. Everything, it was a disgusting place to stay. Dirty , smelly, broken TV, smelly dirty carpets, the roon had a terrible smell, no shampoo, soap, conditioner, no service. It was the worst experience of my life.

Is the most disgusting place you can ever imagine hair everywhere the hallway smells so horrible the place full of dogs and that's why it smell so horrible.. spend your money somewhere else to really relax don't come here.. the only good thing about it they do have a good Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival when I pulled up my confirmation the attendant at the lobby said “ all rooms have been cancelled” when I tried to get a further explanation or assistance I was given none only told that rooms were cancelled and there was nothing they could do and no rooms available. I understand that the late arrival may have effected the interaction but the abruptness, lack of communication, or willingness to help accommodate in a hospitality environment was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life.
