Studio 6 Extended Stay - Richmond, VA - I-64 West

Decent price, no pets fees was definitely appreciated.

I booked a room at this hotel in Richmond I came off work in a new area I went their to unpack my bags wash and go to sleep for work again the next day but when I got their they said they were already booked and the reservations we scheduled for that morning were invalid yet they took our money of 60$ and we still have not gotten that money back even with the protection plan and we never stayed their we had to drive back home in the dark because we couldn’t find another hotel by the time we went to clock in at the one we booked! Still waiting for Expedia or the hotel itself to give back the money we spent but never got a product from my experience would be 1/10

Is the most disgusting place you can ever imagine hair everywhere the hallway smells so horrible the place full of dogs and that's why it smell so horrible.. spend your money somewhere else to really relax don't come here.. the only good thing about it they do have a good Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival when I pulled up my confirmation the attendant at the lobby said “ all rooms have been cancelled” when I tried to get a further explanation or assistance I was given none only told that rooms were cancelled and there was nothing they could do and no rooms available. I understand that the late arrival may have effected the interaction but the abruptness, lack of communication, or willingness to help accommodate in a hospitality environment was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Good hotel, well maintained

Arrived to check in amd was told by the staff they had canceled all reservations and rebooked the rooms leaving me without a place to stay for the weekend. No help and no answers as to why. No heads up. Terrible experience and don't recommend anyone trust this property to honor their reservation.

My room was given away. I paid days in advance but was told upon arrival I did not have a room as the property was full.

I booked this room on the basis after a long morning/afternoon of driving to the evening into night long nascar race I would only even consider going to the race as long as I knew I could leave the race track hop in the car and arrive at motel within 5 mins of existing the track. So I arrive at the motel lobby around 11:40ish, say hi i have a reservation only yo be replied to with "All reservations for today have been canceled. We're over booked" mind you i no less than 8 minutes prior to arriving at the motel received a automated email asking how my checking was for this property. I tell her she's mistaken if a place over books a day youll be notified either you are the one locked in or being bumped. No place would wait until ppl arrive to make it known. So now here it is to late to even book ANY ROOM for that night. I ask for evidence because I had evidence they withdrew my money. She shrugged her shoulders and that was that. Called Expedia thank GOD for them because they reached out to the motel wanting an explanation which both representatives from Expedia got a disconnected line after 8 rings. Again Expedia jumped right into coordinating a instant solution after the no answer attempt

Hallways were wet with musty smells from mold infestation. There several leaks throughout the property and exposed interior and exterior walls.

Didn’t have any rooms available and screamed at us

It is basically a homeless shelter, the lobby was a joke, the carpets in the hallway were absolutely filthy, and I mean absolutely filthy, the room itself was clean and the staff was nice I’ll give it that

I had a good experience

The staff were excellent. But the room was awful. From not having a Television to bugs popping out of the faucet while brushing teeth.

The pets.

Our first room had a broken ac and one pillow, after being moved to another room, there were bugs in the bed, roaches in the living area. Everything was dirty. Never again.

Nos hicieron reservar a través Expedia, a la que procedimos a reservar dos habitaciones y después que pagamos nos dijeron que sólo una se las dos y después de dos largas horas de espera nos dicen que no habían habitaciones disponibles. nos hicieron perder dos horas con dos menores de edad, Pero tampoco reembolsaron el dinero a la tarjeta.
