Bed was comfortable and clean but the shower didn't work properly and the bathroom had water damage in various spots: the paint on the ceiling was peeling, the door hinges were rusted, and there were no covers on several fixtures like the fire alarm, and one vent in the bathroom. The rug in the hallway was also warping up (I guess due to water or some other damage as well). This location is not well maintained and felt more like a comfort 8 or Ramada inn and this greatly reduced the rating of stay.

Friendly staff. My credit card was compromised while staying there. Over $800 in charges. I had to cancel my card and get a new one.

The room and facilities were clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and courteous. However, on the third day of my five-day stay, I had to ask the cleaning staff to take out my trash because it hadn't been emptied, and I hadn't received clean towels. I also had to request additional coffee and coffee cups because they hadn't been replenished for two days.

Staff was nice but our room was not swept in the 5 days we were there. The location is great, it's near restaurants and shopping center. Most of the places we visited were less than 20 minutes away.

The hotel is older and in need of maintenance. The staff was excellent. It is a quiet area. Food nearby. Target nearby. Had to request towel, wash cloth, on second day. Probably won’t stay here again.
