Everything was good

The place was like an old folks home.

The person at the front desk provided me with all I needed, but she just was not friendly. Just did as require, nothing above that.

Sorry to say, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. My room was booked for 21 days. Here are the rules for long term guess: room service every 14 days, take your trash to the dumpster, if you need fresh linen have to go to the front desk. Some of the staff was rude everyday. Most of the linen is stained. The are two burners in the room but you have to either bring your own pans/pots or buy theirs for $30. No iron or ironing board in the rooms. The hotel has ONE set for the entire hotel you can borrow.also no telephone

The pillows were too flat

II did not like that. It is very ghetto.\n I asked the staff member about the sanitizer, and if it worked, and she was like you have to keep pushing it hard. and I said, ma'am is something else going on here, she could care less, She's not professional, they're very uncaring there, it's a lot of drug traffic and prostituting through that hotel, they're not professional at all. This is the front desk very loud , and the price is ridiculous for the service that you get. TRASH OUT FRONT OVERFLOWING. THE DUMPSTER AREA IS HIDEOUS UNACCEPTABLE. BUT I REALIZE NOWADAYS HOTEL OWNERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PUBLIC. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE THEIR MONEY. AND MOST OF THE TIME IS PRIVATE SOMEBODY NAMED THAT WE CAN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE, HAVE A WONDERFUL LIFE.

Easy excess To many people in lobby and outside

Whenever I have stayed here it has been very nice

Very clean. Light, cheerful decor. Bathroom sink only dribbled water, but kitchen counter sink was good.

It's a very nice & clean hotel & the staff members are very pleasant & helpful

The location was convenient and the room was big. This hotel is used for extended stays/homeless people. The elevator was broken which according to the residents and staff it's been an ongoing problem. We were put on the 4th floor even though I reserved a handicap room for someone who can't go up and down stairs very easily it was not a good experience. There are no amenities, bring your own shampoo, body wash and good luck getting enough towels for your stay, apparently because of the dwellers there they're afraid that paying visitors are going to steal them. The room is set up like an apartment so bring dishes and food so you can make your own breakfast. Overall I do not recommend this hotel. We won't stay here again.

The staff was nice, very welcoming. It’s easy to get to this place, plenty of parking space, looks really nice outside. Lobby nice and clean. I asked for non smoking room, it smelled like weed and cigarettes. The bed was not comfortable at all. I was charged for extra linen service and didn’t get any service, didn’t get any clean towels or wash clothes the days I was there. All the extra taxes and miscellaneous on the bill.

The walls are thin and can hear whats going on in the next room or hallways. i had a non-smoking room but smelled cigarette smoke

The hall way had a real weird smell to it

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned well and for it to have a high rating I was highly disappointed

People hanging around late night outside that’s not particularly staying there
