That was the main issue. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain and the shower door doesn’t stay closed, so the bathroom floor floods unless you physically hold it shut while you shower. Very disappointing compared to our other experiences there. Waste of $300 and we won’t do that again with so many other fantastic hotel options in the area.

I was looking for my friend black jack he's a 450lb dark skinned fella, in a diamond encrusted wheelchair. He's been spreading rumors about me, he been sayy'in Dat I be going up in da resteraunts and be going str8 in da toilets, Dat just ain't true, yall need to know dat

The floor was not clean in our room, there was trash on the floor and no information was given or provided in the room about the hotel services, like the bar hours or breakfast. Overall stay was good

Great stay aside from the fact I called multiple times for towels , I was told they were being brought but they never came !

The hotel was great. Optimal location. My only suggestion would be either extend the hours for the restaurant or offer room service.

I love everything about the location as well as facilities. This was my first stay but not my last class A hotel.... I would LOVE a better variety for food. This was ok but maybe more selections but,the location had other places to eat so still a bonus.

The absolute best! From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel! I ended up booking a suite it was separate living which I prefer when staying at a hotel it was quiet spacious and clean! This will always be my choice next time i visit Jackson MS!

Disappointed with overall service Unlike other AC hotels we stayed in, our room wasn’t done, despite requesting it to a housekeeper. We were told the room was only cleaned, towels & bed done if stay is “3 days or more”. Drinking water, tea & coffee were not restocked. The bathroom in the shower - the corner edges of the floor were not clean (edges dark brown in color & textured floor areas appeared brown ). The shower door had a crack, which can pose a safety hazard to guests. Complimentary SB coffee was good on Saturday but Sunday was watered down. No KORRES lotion in bathroom or shower cap. Thank you.

The location The power was off due to a storm. Staff didn’t inform us of the estimated time of restoration of power. Also, we had to take cold showers. As a person with a disability, I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs that was an inconvenience and hard on my body. No credits were given and no apologies. I will not be staying here again

Staff is amazing and friendly. Bar area is amazing. Room was clean and towels brought daily. Love this hotel. It’s probably my favorite in Jackson.

For $350 a night it would have been nice to have a bathrobe and lotion! Shower, bed are both good. But I have stayed at similar quality rooms for substantially less cost.
