The landscaping and lobby were beautiful. The pool was too crowded to use during our stay.

Everything about the hotel was great. Snack and drink bar are pricey as normal, but the pool and breakfast were both a hit with the kids. Did have a little problem with the room a/c not getting below 72 despite turning it down and when we called the front desk no one ever showed up to fix it. Overall I would say a solid 9/10 for the property and customer service though. We will stay again!

Highly recommend this hotel! Very clean and friendly staff

My family and I every June have a one nite stay. On our way to Gulf Shores. It’s like a soft place to land after 9 hours in a car. The room is always clean. The food is good. Happy hour is nice. Breakfast is really good. Staff is friendly. We travel quite a bit. And Embassy Suites Ridgeland MS is probably my favorite.

No ac our entire stay. Our room stayed at 78 … called the front desk and was brought a fan that didn’t even work. Breakfast plates were dirty.

I really can't comment on the breakfast because I did come down intime for the breakfast. The times of the breakfast should be 11am instead of 10:30am that will be more convenient instead of trying to rush down by 10:30

This was the best hotel stay we've ever had! Parking is free, close, and in a safe area. The grounds are well manicured. The employees are excellent. Breakfast was great. Room was really clean. Bed was comfy. Managers reception was nice. It's within walking distance of several restaurants and some shopping.

This property was well maintained and the cost of the stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional during my stay. I will keep this property in mind on the next occasion I need to stay in or near the Jackson, MS area.
