The rude old lady at check in the night of arrival!

The hotel is practically spotless, and it smelled super clean. Checked in at 4 PM, and when we went up to our room, the housekeeper was still cleaning it, so maybe try not to show up for check-in at 4 PM on the dot. We went downstairs to enjoy the complimentary drinks, and the bartender took an order of mine, completely ignored me, and never made the drink. We ended up ordering room service, and though the food was enjoyable, it was very bland, and I'm not sure if it was worth the $100 spent. The King Suite was beautiful; the bed is hard, and do keep in mind that there is not a direct AC unit in the room. We tried to lower the temperature, but it just reverted back to the set temperature, so it was a bit stuffy. Actually, I didn't really enjoy the sleep, and the hotel is not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors upstairs running around all night. We did leave early the next morning, the breakfast options are really nice.

Brand new hotel, great spaces, strong breakfast, gym was nice. Requested an additional hour before check-out & staff was kind enough to accommodate us.

The location. Perfect area and beautiful. The only complaint is the rooms get kind of warm and you can’t turn the thermostat below 67. Even then it barely cools to below 71/72 degrees.

One of my favorite features was being able to connect our streaming services to the TVs, including Disney+, Netflix, and Apple TV. The room was beautiful, clean, and nicely updated, and the lobby and common areas were elegant. Breakfast was a step above the typical hotel breakfast, with a made-to-order omelet station, biscuits and gravy, ham, sausage, eggs, muffins, coffee, juice, and a Coke Freestyle machine. The seating area was especially nice. The surrounding Ridgeland area was beautiful, upscale, and well maintained, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Our only annoyances were thumping bass from an event downstairs, although we were still able to sleep. The motion-sensor bathroom light was frustrating: bright enough to light up the bedroom at night, but it actually shut off while I was showering, leaving the bathroom completely dark. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable hotel and a great setup for families. We would definitely stay here again.
