Holiday Inn Express Jackson - Ridgeland by IHG

The staff is kind, the room was clean, and it is located close to good food and shopping.

The room was very clean and very cool absolutely perfect for such a hot day. And the bed was so incredibly comfortable

This hotel stay was just perfect. Great location near the interstate, yet located on the frontage road so it was quiet on the hotel property. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and stay again on our next visit.

Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Upon checkout there were 2 employees at the front counter. I stood there while they just kept laughing and joking around totally ignoring me. After about 3 minutes I just tossed the key on the counter and left. Very rude!!

After checking out early from a lacking property across town, this location was a breath of fresh air. Like new accommodations. Staff was helpful at checkin, room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast ( the kids loved the cinnamon rolls) and we appreciated a slightly modified check out so our athlete could shower after his early morning game. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Stayed overnight traveling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Exceptional

We loved our stay! Everyone and everything was great!

I love the location and the staff is friendly We had a half a role of toilet tissue, shower was dirty, base boards around shower and bathroom dirty. No complimentary coffee pot in the rooms which is very sad to me for those early check outs in the morning.

The overviews great, nice and clean, everyone of the staffs very nice and professional .

All of the rooms, lobby and breakfast area was clean.

New and clean Nothing
