Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel!

The night clerk was amazing and very helpful and patient

I was not able to check in because the computers were down. My experience with Tru was horrible because I came from out of town to attend a special event but because of this inconvenience, I was very late attending the event due to attempting to find another hotel. A backup system should be in place for these mishaps. I had already booked the hotel and my reservations were in place, just to be turned away scrambling to find another hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

One thing I noticed at this location was overflowing trash cans everywhere. This needed attention. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

The whole experience at the TRU was fantastic. Thank you for all that you do TRU

The sound insulation could be much better. A family came back to a room (I assume on our hall late at night. Their door closing, items dropping and upset kids were clearly audible in our room.

I wish the Ridgeland Tru would be managed by the same people and it could be just like this one. The smell AMAZING

The location was convenient for or family. The staff was informative and helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking lot was easy to pull in and out even with a larger vehicle.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were perfect. And staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Breakfast was great. I’ll be back!

Excellent stay outside of no television no working due to labor.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and stayed on top of keeping everything filled and fresh. Hotel and room were clean. Love the pool table in the lobby. My son and husband enjoyed playing a few games before we headed out.

Everything else was exceptional plus!

The ambiance was nice. I loved the atmosphere. Location was great for restaurants. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, and relaxing. I will be visiting again! Thank you.

Quiet and peaceful very nice I’ll most definitely be coming back

The property was new. But very well kept. It’s convenient to the interstate, lots of places to eat and entertainment. The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Me and my wife enjoyed everything about our stay.
