I liked the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of the location to stores & restaurants. The tub stopper would not stay up, so water remained in the tub during my shower.

Staff was great For being such a new hotel appears finishing out was less than perfect.

If you're looking for a comfortable cleaning place to stay and nervous about where to stay if you know what I mean this is your place

Staff was excellent to deal with. I could have not been happier with how I was treated. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Everything is clean and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Rooms were nasty. One staff member was unprofessional. His attitude should’ve been my sign to cancel. Got there at check in and the room wasn’t ready at 3p. Run! Down the street!!

Location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a few Japanese beetles in the room.

Clean, warm, nice shower

Checked in at 3p. The room was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the counters. The dishes were dirty and had coffee stains. The bed sank in, moved around, and squeaked. I thought we would be sleeping on the floor for sure. I called the front desk for assistance and was hung up on 3 times. The heavier guy who was working the front desk was not the nicest or most helpful to say the least. Once my stay was complete, I left and checked in down the street. I will not be using this location again.
