The rooms were not cleaned. There was crumbs, hair and wrappers around the floor boards and the base of the cabinets. The carpets were stained. The shower wasnt completely cleaned.

Our room was a very comfortable, clean and quiet. We saw the amenities but didn’t get the chance to use them. The personnel in all the different area was very kind

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of the location to stores & restaurants. The tub stopper would not stay up, so water remained in the tub during my shower.

Staff was excellent to deal with. I could have not been happier with how I was treated. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Everything is clean and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
