I was assigned a room that someone was already staying in. once reassigned a new room the iron did not work in that room. The staff was prompt in correcting the inconvenience and for that I am appreciative but I will not be returning to this property.

The first room was dirty and poorly maintained, so I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. There were cleanliness issues, damaged finishes, loose trim, missing or broken flooring, mold or mildew around the baseboards, and signs of deferred maintenance throughout the bathroom. It simply didn’t feel like the quality you’d expect from a Hyatt Regency. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, well maintained room. Instead, I honestly felt like I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and received the same level of comfort while saving a significant amount of money. The employees were the bright spot of my stay they were courteous, helpful, and genuinely tried to make things right. However, great customer service can’t make up for rooms that are not being properly cleaned or maintained. I hope management invests in renovating and maintaining the property because the staff deserves a hotel that reflects the level of service they provide. Until then, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Everything was as advertised. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to stay there again

Smoke detectors started going off at 6:00am. Font desk just said I had to take care of it myself and hung up

They put a $50 hold on my credit card and then they charged me $108 for nothing. I am still trying to fight to get my money back.

Everything was fine

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room felt lower class. Shower curtain was dingy

That was my first time staying there and I love it & the breakfast buffet is great! When I come back I will stay there again and the rooms are super clean, I just wish the indoor pool was open but other then that everything was great!!

The hotel was fairly clean, but there was a strong odor throughout the hallways. I’m not sure if it was from cleaning products or because the hotel is pet-friendly. The room was comfortable, but it could use a microwave for guests who want to reheat leftovers. There also wasn’t enough coffee provided, and neither the room nor the bathroom trash cans had liners. The complimentary breakfast was just okay—not bad, but not great either. It could definitely be improved. The biggest disappointment was the pool. The posted hours said it opened at 6:00 a.m., but it was still locked at 9:00 a.m. We were told to come back at 10:00 because it needed cleaning, but it was still closed when we returned. The front desk staff could also be friendlier. During check-in and when we asked a question later, we didn’t feel very welcomed or acknowledged. I’ve stayed at other Hyatt hotels and have always had great experiences, which is why I chose this one. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet my expectations, but I hope these issues can be improved because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Location The faculty was rude and gave our room away when we showed up and had no reason why they gave our room away. This is room that we booked way ahead of time and started saying that it was first come first serve. When I know that that’s not possible because if we reserve a specific room which was two queen beds, why would we have to get a king bed and a sofa room instead when we showed up for our booking? When we entered the room that we had to get it was dirty. The sheets on the sofa bed were not clean at all. Me and my family decided to just leave and find another hotel after we were treated so awfully and given whatever the hotel wanted to give us.

Loved the location, beautiful hotel and friendly people. The only issues I personally had was not enough lighting around the vanity/mirror and the bed was not comfortable at all.
-
The property was clean. The housekeeper was really nice. I wish I would’ve asked her name. There were dirty towels behind the bathroom door & the pillow for the let out bed smelled like urine

Breakfast was okay. Could have been better. Breakfast food could have been of better choice.
-
Room was dirty the restroom was nasty the ac did not work as great so it was humid and I found an eye lash on the ground.
-
Staff was nice and it looked great at first glance. But the hide-a-bed sheets were dirty, the shower sounded like it was screaming the whole time and one of the walls was banged up.
-
The location was perfect. Nice area. My door did not lock. I felt uncomfortable leaving my items in my room. I asked staff serval times to fix my door. It took over 5 hrs for someone to come take a look at the door.
