Only complaint a crappy ice machine next to impossible to get any ice

At check in I was told “they were all out of rooms” and didn’t have anything available…… our school had booked over 15 rooms and we were staying with our team. I was the last mom in the line of us parents checking in…..I had booked our room months ago and to be told they were out of rooms was embarrassing and very frustrating. The hotel clerk offered to get a hotel room across the street which we did accept however this should have never happened.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was nice I felt safe. The room was really nice and exceeded my expectations. I didn't know I was getting a kitchen with a stove, huge refrigerator, microwave,dishwasher along with dishes. I didn't like that the hotel didn't have a pool.

Very nice hotel...seems brand new!! I wish they would add a waffle maker to their breakfast line up but can't complain about the rest of it!!

When I checked into my room the remote didn’t work at all . I was too tired and needed rest to even bother during my stay

Cleanliness, customer service and the beautiful view It was very cold in the room. I had to request additional blankets and guest service had to contact maintenance to check the heater

We had last minute drs appt come up so with us an hour and half away we opted on hotel overnight so we booked last minute but everything from check in to check out was great. It was very clean staff we super nice and helpful. I was sick and used all kleenex in the room the sweet lady at front desk got me a brand new box and it ment the world to me that night. Beautiful rooms smoking area was even nice. I give it 10 out of 10

Enjoyed the lake and fire pit. Surrounding areas! Always had to wait for bacon at breakfast! Not enough served at once. Then served only a few slices for a line of people.
