Great staff!! My only complaint is the carpet. I hate carpet in hotels it feels SO dirty. No complaints otherwise!

Very nice accommodations, well maintained. Great selection of breakfast foods. The walk-in shower was OK though a crack in the floor of the shower was not fully repaired. The toilet seemed undersized. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Front desk clerk at check out, I did not get her name but she was surly and not helpful. Latoya at check in was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Great location, clean modern well maintained room. I was staying two nights, while attending my brother’s death. Gone from the room most of the time. Upon return, I was shocked to see no service, no towels, no coffee, an unmade bed. When I’m paying over $200.00 per night, that is totally unacceptable. Was not told of that policy when checking in. This will be factor when choosing lodging in the future.
