The lady at the desk was very pleasant. She provided excellent customer service. The room was very clean and felt real good. There was nothing not to like.

Room was very clean and spacious . Breakfast was good.

Clean and bed was comfortable We didn’t get the room we booked, apparently there were none available. Not sure how that happens when it was booked well in advance. Cold water tap in basin was running warm water and the hot water in the shower was barely warm. Groups of unruly kids running around reception and in and out of rooms on the top floor with little to no supervision from the adults with them. No consideration for other guests at all.

Stayed Tuesday though Sunday and breakfast was the same every other day.

Staff was friendly when checking in. Breakfast was okay. Our only real complaints was the pillows were very flat which made sleeping uncomfortable and the hot water was just warm and not very hot at all.

My husband and I just had a weekend getaway from the kids and it was everything we expected it to be. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, welcoming and polite. The hotel lobby was very clean. Our suite was very cleaning and fresh. The hotel location was close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Our room had a sour/ cat pee like smell that got worse with the a/c fan on high. The staff was very friendly and kind and said they will address the issues with the manager.

Location if property is awesome. There is a nice walking path right outside and walking distance to several restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly with no hassle about our dog at all. Outside area had dog bags. Only issues is we missed housekeeping because they can super early - room was extremely low on conditioner. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. TV position was very awkward but whatever. Pool was out of towels both days so obviously no one was checking that - we had to get towels from the gym. Front desk staff at check in was wonderful. The breakfast lady Gay was very friendly and kept everything stalked. They had eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurts, breads. grits, cereals. I wish they had at least one sugar free creamer for diabetics (not just half and half). Overall great stay and would go back. There was an outside glass bottle broken in the parking lot that was there our entire stay so not sure if anyone is outside looking for those things. I felt very safe in the hotel and neighborhood.

Stayed for one night and had a great experience, breakfast is great!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very nice area. The hotel room was very clean and the property was well maintained. They had a very nice breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
