Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

The property was well maintained and the staff was helpful.

The room was wonderful, the staff was so amazing. Everyone we had contact with was honestly so great, including cleaning staff and people we met in the elevators. Breakfast choices were so very nice. Lots of options! Great coffee!! Definitely will stay again!

I haven't seen a interior located hotell so well kept in a long time and I do appreciate it

Best place in town, great staff, very clean and welcoming property.

Staff was a bit prickly and not always super helpful. There is no ATM on the property and the outside doors to the garage lock at night with no way to access so handicap access if significantly impacted. We went over to the park for a concert and then had no accessible way back in and wound up having to push across the grass which is not wheelchair accessible at all. Additionally we left something in the room and when we called about it we were told someone would call us back and we never heard anything at all despite numerous phone calls.

The bed sheets weren’t clean. There were bright red blood droplets on them. I reserved a king suite but got a queen. The bathroom door latch was broken and didn’t lock. The pool was so cloudy, you couldn’t see the bottom. It’s ridiculous you have to pay to park when you’re a hotel guest. I was charged $23 for parking!

The front desk staff all the way to housekeeping and the bartenders were amazing , friendly, accommodating, personable . I couldn’t have asked for a for a more delightful staff and stay

I’ve been staying at this place for over 10 years and they’ve just started now to charge parking $10 a night. I don’t know why they’re doing this when it’s a wide open parking lot. This is ridiculous.

Everything was excellent! Fireworks were awesome

In fact all the staff there were great!!

It’s clean and comfortable and close to Dr Pepper park. Our room was hot and we had a hard time getting it cool. I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. As much as it costs to stay there, parking should be included.

Shower is a slip and slide accident waiting to happen and for a 78 yr old a bit scary! Parking under the building is very limited and it is a blind drive. We pulled in one night found no spots open and no way to turn around so we had to back out around two corners. We finally parked in a back lot that was poorly lighted…a little spooky! After arriving we were surprised to learn parking was $10.00/ night, then we noticed on the in room tv property advertising that parking was “complimentary”. After complaining we were credited back our parking fee. Our last night there the maid left no coffee in the room so I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get my coffee. The property is clean.
