The location was great and the hotel was nice.

Very convenient for attending the national championships for mountain biking. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are very comfortable. Compared to other places, the cost was high, although that may have been driven by the timing of our stay.

This hotel is fabulous, expensive but you get what you pay for. Beds are comfy, hotel is clean with friendly staff and the location is wonderful.

I hadn't planned on staying at a hotel, but my husband was in the trauma center and had surgery that didn't end until 10:30 pm. It was after 11:00 when I was able to see him for a few minutes in the recovery room. I live an hour away and I was so physically and mentally exhausted. When I checked in just before midnight, the lady at the front desk was so very sweet. My room was quiet, the bed was amazing! I obviously didn't have anything with me, but I was able to get some toiletries from the front desk, that were complimentary. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent! Oh, one other thing...the attached parking garage was a fabulous benefit. I was parking and going into the hotel in downtown Roanoke just before midnight, and I felt 100% safe! Nothing

Very noisy so got no sleep. Couldn’t fit van in garage and was handed list of options but with no knowledge of the area, this was not helpful.
