Easy to find location and easy to park. Towels were grey and had seen better days. Room was a bit noisy as was the fridge.

Gorgeous and chic hotel, walkable to any downtown location that you’d want! Staff is top notch and the furniture is awesome and is for purchase along with some other decor. Drinks are awesome at the bar, along with the appetizers! My date thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we both woukd highly recommend this unique experience

It was an absolute wonderful stay and very helpful staff downstairs

Beautiful Room. We loved gazing up at the cielings here with the beautiful skylights.

Central location; parking next door; great room and great restaurant on site. The furniture maker was an unexpected bonus. We lived this hotel - It took a moment to get used to hands off reception - once we got the hang of it, we liked the fact that we did not need any keys.

Took a chance booking online sight unseen and was more than pleasantly surprised Thanks for a great stay in Roanoke The directions and parking were a bit confusing when youre coming in off the expressway into a downtown area - we did find the garage next door to park - but a bit cumbersome carrying our luggage - we did end up finding the elevator around the back of building so it will be easier upon departure Not a deal breaker - might suggest sending a visual in email

The bed was divine. By far the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever stayed in and I travel frequently for work!

Room was very clean and cozy. Staff I encountered were friendly. Restaurant below was delicious as well with nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The history of the building and good location to all the businesses food shopping. Very clean and roomy Could hear music for the downstairs business.

I have never done a review before but this place was so great- easy check in with a code, beautiful and interesting, great location (I was at a conference at hotel Roanoke) and safe

The hotel was very clean, we couldn't hear the other guests like in most hotels. The bed was incredibly clean and comfortable. I will ALWAYS book this place when visiting Roanoke.

The room was immaculate, and I loved how the staff was patient and at the ready for whatever questions I had! They took such good care of us!

Beautiful and private!

Everything stood out! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and gorgeous decor. The concept of the store below was great! We enjoyed a few cocktails from the bar in the store. Location was great to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!!

The room and facility at large was very clean. The non-traditional check-in was a bit confusing as the emailed directions indicated a door on the rear of the building. The door in question is actually on the side of the building. Staff who were closing down the related bistro ended up letting me enter through the closed restaurant.

Cleanest and most comfortable hotel we’ve stayed in. Great history preservation with a comfy home feel. Definitely our new destination.

Not sure who messed up but did not receive check in instructions until time of check in, not 24 hours in advance as documented. Spent >45 awful minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to sort it out instead of enjoying our stay in Roanoke.
