We had a wonderful stay. We rented two connecting rooms for the family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and clean. I would definitely recommend this beautiful grand old hotel!

Walls were thin...could hear the couple in the adjacent room going at it for hours. Room was quite small, for a $300 per night hotel. Regency Room for dinner was excellent, but very pricey.

had an elegant corner room with beautiful view of the mountains. loved all the amenities and helpful staff. lovely gardens and potted flowers. modern workout room. easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and taubman art museum. would stay again.

The Roanoke Inn and Conference Center was AMAZING. It had several restaurants, a pool, hot tub, spa, bar and a TON of history.

Please have manager call me. Our room was not ready until 4:30. Our family sent a gift to the hotel that was not delivered. We only learned of the gift when we were asked if we received it. We are awaiting someone to find the gifts

This was the most positive Hotel stay I have had in several years. We usually stay at Hilton Properties at all price points. Nothing was a problem for them. The staff, every one of them were friendly and always busy maintaining the property. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

The property overall was amazing but, You have to pay for parking, No breakfast included. The restaraunts inside the hotel were very expensive. The staff was amazing and the room was great though. There's nothing to do nearby in my opinion. I felt very unsafe downtown across the railroad tracks nearby.
