The staff, the manager was amazing. Valet attendants were very professional. The front staff smiles captivated me. I felt welcomed. They treated everyone with respect and I loved that. I will definitely return. Nothing.

Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The hotel and grounds were well maintained and beautiful, projecting a sense of old world charm. The suite we stayed in had a spacious layout, the rooms clean and the bed was absolutely divine.

Hotel Roanoke is the gold standard for the city. Great on prem restaurant - one of the best eggs benny I’ve ever had. Rooms fairly spacious for a legacy hotel. Amenities top drawer. Easy walking distance to downtown. Worth the premium.

Historic significance. Impressive. Room wasn’t dusted. Bathroom vent broken and cover left on toilet. Caulk was peeling in bath tub. Waitress Jenny in bar restaurant was great. Enjoyed the pictures of the history and famous guests who stayed there.

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, the bar was great, and the pool was relaxing. We had an issues with the elevator, but management addressed the concern and even provided a free night in the future due to some circumstances around the incident. Nice to see that this hotel was sorry for I problem and wanted to make it right. Rarely see that anymore with any business. Will definitely return

I love the clean modern style inside the hotel and old style outside the hotel. Hilton always does the best job designing hotel rooms. The breakfast is not very good, and potatoes dry, just not fresh.

Georgous, but pricey. Would have loved to go to the speakeasy on our first night but it was closed for a private event. Not open during 2nd night. Food in the basic restaurant was OK, but we found more economical options in d-town Roanoke across the bridge on 2nd night.

Beautiful amazing well kept hotel, would strongly recommend you pay the extra ten bucks for the valet parking. Or you'll be doing a whole lot of walking, hotel room was absolutely accommodating, perfect view of the beautiful roanoke mill mountain star.....
