The Liberty Trust

This bank converted to hotel is an amazing venue! The room was state of the art, the bathroom exquisite and a sound machine lulled me to sleep. The room door is the original and I believe was copper. I dined in their restaurant in the actual vault which had seating. My appetizers, blue crab dip and dumplings, were phenomenal. I checked in at 1:30 p.m., and did some sidewalk shopping within walking distance of the hotel (2-4 blocks). There are also a variety of restaurants but I made the best choice dining in the hotel. The Liberty Trust will become an annual retreat for me! AF

The staff were kind and patient. The room was clean. The location was close to many of the events and shopping.

My experience while staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I plan to join the Rewards Program because I will be staying here on future trips to Roanoke.

The staff was wonderful and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed talking to our bartender - Madison- and she made excellent drinks.

The rooms were very clean and very spacious and QUIET; considering where we came from in Nashville, TN it was very noisy. Also, the converted building into a boutique hotel reminded us A LOT of Europe. Nothing - it was perfect

Beautiful, large rooms, very clean, new fixtures, linens, etc. Double-pane/insolated windows ensured that we weren't disturbed by street noise. The staff was especially friendly and professional. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great walking location for the rest of downtown. Beautiful refurbed bank. The lobby is gorgeous. Rooms nice and sizable. Beds great. The breakfast menu a little limited.

Location was great! Comfortable bed. Nice size refrigerator. Clean room. Room could use more seating. Bath gel was never refilled. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Check in staff was great but other 2 ladies were not friendly and little tough to talk with.Parking, while inexpensive was a block away.

Beautiufl property! The room we stayed in was very nice (a bit noisy because it was right by the elevator but nothing a fan couldn’t help but with). Check in was quick and the staff were very informative. Finding parking was easy and cost effective. Would 1000% stay again!

The hotel was beautiful, the room exceeded expectations and was super clean. Loved everything except the entree that I had - the Brazilian steak- dry, overcooked, and the vegetables were tasteless. The ‘ Ready Aim Fire’ cocktail was, however, delightful.

I like that there are still some bank features on doors, entryway, elevator, lobby and the vault seating area. Not sure about wheelchair access as there is a ledge at the entryway, maybe they have a ramp but doors to elevator not super wide. There is no pool or fitness area in hotel and not sure where ice machine is but there was a mini fridge and ice bucket and coffee and tea maker on the room. The room - king- was spacious. Hotel is walking distance for the Centre Square and there is reasonably price parking at separate deck. Staff was kind and helpful.

Great property in an old bank building reimagined into a boutique hotel, well located centrally in downtown. Would definitely stay again.

From the bartender to the parking attendant, everyone was professional, attentive, and very friendly. 10/10, no notes!

Wonderful classy hotel in great location so I was able to walk all over to dine and shop! Will stay on next trip AND. the locals are so friendly!
