What a cool experience. Great room. Shower was amazing. Remote control on TV was very wonky. Parking wasn't ideal but ok. Roanoke downtown is awesome. Would recommend staying here 10 out of 10 every time!!!

Neat original boutique style hotel. Looks like a former bank. Hotel bar closed at 10 on a Friday night. Not a soul in the restaurant in the morning.

The parking was a couple blocks away. The parking ramp stairs & elevator smelled of pot. The area felt a little unsafe to us.

Modern rooms and gorgeous bathrooms. The room was small but nice and clean. The restaurant was nice, but seating was not great.

Location is perfect. The room was spacious and quite comfortable. There was everything considered and accessible in the room. The mini fridge in the cabinet created a loud vibrating noise on and off all night. It wasn't the worst, but annoying all the same.

There was an immediate odor in our room which, to me smelled like a dog had been in the room. It also smelled stale in the hallway. Parking was difficult. Needed more towels in the room upon arrival. Only 3 were provided for 2 people for 2 nights.

Location was great, we could walk to restaurants and entertainment. The parking garage is one block away, plan accordingly. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but our room was the least desirable the hotel has. Looking out onto the roof and right next to the elevator, which started to get busy by 6am.
