Free parking. Conveniently located near downtown Roanoke. The front desk staff seemed attentive despite me not interacting with them as much. Holes in curtains. Used wash cloth on shower head, likely from previous guests. Trash left on the floor. Water from the shower head kept gushing outside of the tub when in use, which made the floor wet. There were a few gnats or flies flying around. There were a few stains on the bed sheets and blankets. Hair in the tub. You can hear everything outside the room, including passing cars since you're close to the main road.

Nothing fancy, just a clean, cheap place to stay. Not very quiet, especially nearer the road, but it didn’t interfere with my sleep.

Clean, roomy room. Comfortable bed. "Free Continental breakfast" was anemic at best. No coffee available at first attempt. Much traffic noise from nearby highways.

There’s never shampoo or conditioner. The refrigerator works only half the time. Usually the outlets are blocked off or broken and the floors are never mopped but 1 staff member is amazing, the sheets are always clean and soft and it’s a decent room and breakfast for a decent price
